Staff are very welcoming and very helpful. They know their products. I was well fitted into my new boots. Hubby was fitted properly too. Very happy with their service. Toni was awesome at helping me to choose and Ruby was awesome on her first day learning everything she could. They were wonderful.

I have been buying my work jeans here for years. Today I took my daughter for a pair of work jeans. The staff were very helpful and helped the young girl get the perfect fit! Very satisfied all round.

Went into Donohues yesterday to purchase some RM boots and had exceptional service from Keely! Very welcoming and patient as we tried on a bunch of pairs until we got the right fit. She also had a tonne of knowledge about the product and made me feel at ease. Such an incredible range to choose from as well with plenty of stock on hand. Wouldn't go anywhere else and will definitely be back.
