I took a photo into The Cheesecake Shop in Hermit Park and asked if it was possible to replicate it. Yes, they said and yes they did! What a fabulous looking cake and it tasted just as good - marbled white and chocolate mud cake, rich and moist, just as I requested. Everyone was super impressed and thoroughly enjoyed my daughter’s birthday cake. Ordering and pick up is super easy. Thank you so much… you ALWAYS do a marvellous job with the appearance and taste of cakes we order!
My poor mother ordered a cake for my birthday. She requested if she can replace the Smarties with MnM’s as the were preferable to my liking. They agreed, however, it came with a $50 fee. These delinquents scammed my hardworking mother of $50, when the cake arrived I was horrified to discover there was smarties in the cake instead of mnm’s. My birthday is ruined.
The custom birthday cake I got here surpassed my expectations! It was absolutely beautiful and made my birthday so special The staff was very kind and helpful as well, thank you!
The cake is not impressed but the customer service is definitely unforgettable!nThe waitress might be in a bad mood and she's not paying attention to what we're asking. We asked if there's any bag to put the our cakehalf of a big cake in, she gave a small paper bag. Again, we kindly asked if there're any large bags for us to take-away a huge box. She sighed and acted super not friendly before slowly walking into the kitchen to get a plastic bag.
Service was so slow. Made an order 24 hrs in advance day and it was not ready upon collection time … so waited 20mins. Not impressed. Other cheese cake shops are better.
