Fantastic customer service and beautiful cake prepared. The cake was also delicious. Highly recommend them, felt I had to write a review cause I was so happy with their service.

The customer service was very good. I was given good choices to select a cake for my little girl's birthday. Had good variety of designs for the cake.Slightly pricey in comparison with the Cheesecake shop in New Zealand.

I based my order on the display and when I picked up the cakes - they were different to what I expected. I then concluded that the name and cake on display don't match. Also, the lettering on the cakes that I ordered were messy - looks like they misspelled the team name and didn't redo it properly!

Various yummy cheesecake. Strawberry, blueberry, passion fruits, tropical, cheeseburger cheesecake, and much more. Staff was very nice and friendly

when you are having a cake day, its always good to pop in and choose a few slices of quarters or slice cakes! variety is awesome, price is good & always taste great!

We enjoyed our rainbow cake so much my mother in law requested one for her 80th birthday! Ordering online was so easy and pickup was too. Would recommend wholeheartedly. Amazing service!

Thank you for organising a mint choc chip cake for me today. I called in the morning and I was told to give them an hour and they will get it sorted. I was at work, so was able to pick up by the end of the day. Thank you so so much for your wonderful service. The cake looks great!!!

Very poor customer service Phoebe not very helpful at all. Wanted to purchase a quarter of American baked cheesecake which was never a problem on previous purchases, was told you didn’t have it as it wasn’t in the smaller cabinet so I looked in the large display cabinet and guess what was there. I made her aware that it was there & then she came out with the half American cheesecake. Made no attempt to assist me with a quarter told me she couldn’t cut it. It was a treat for my partners birthday & he is unable to eat a large amount due to his intolerance hence the smaller purchase Very unpleasant experience especially when making a an extra journey to make the purchase certainly won’t bother next time. Business must be booming to be able to treat your customers that way.

Disappointed in the end result for my sons christening cake on the weekend... strawberries had not been added, writing crossed onto decorative edges... the crosses added were better left off. Went with the cheesecake shop as friends suggested it. Service was great but unfortunately did not transfer to execution of cake. $52 later...
