I am extremely disappointed. I ordered a 21st Happy Birthday chocolate mud cake for tonight. NOTHING even similar to your online photo. You have put ONE chocolate Oreo in the corner that’s it. Then written Happy 21st Birthday with the name in a 2 year old’s hand writing. NO wow factor. Nothing. I tried to attach a photo of the absolute joke of a cake, but there is no where to attach a photo. That’s how ropable I am. Then to be told by your staff member ‘that’s it, get over it that’s how it comes’ and walk off after taking my money, is appalling. Not even try to make it look lovely. A 21st is a special occasion. If you can’t deliver what you advertise. Sell the bloody shop to someone who can. if it wasn’t tonight I would have left the pathetic cake there. NEVER again, and I will make sure, I show everyone your disgraceful attempt at a 21st cake. Now I have to fix up your joke.
Purchased a cake from the Hermit Park shop on Friday and asked for a message to be written on it, I was willing to pay extra. An Indian woman came out with the cake and I asked if she could add an exclamation mark to the message. She gave me the filthiest look, like I was an interruption to her day and proceeded to argue with me. She mumbled something and took the cake away. She's so rude, doesn't smile and has no customer service skills whatsoever. She definitely should not be dealing with customers with such a poor attitude and no manners. I won't be back.
My poor mother ordered a cake for my birthday. She requested if she can replace the Smarties with MnM’s as the were preferable to my liking. They agreed, however, it came with a $50 fee. These delinquents scammed my hardworking mother of $50, when the cake arrived I was horrified to discover there was smarties in the cake instead of mnm’s. My birthday is ruined.
