The Laptop Man Townsville

For a place that prides themselves on customer service my experience was poor. Asked for a quote to fix a hinge on the laptop on sat. Over the phone they said they could do it subject to inspection of laptop. Brought laptop in sat, he then again confirmed they could do it, just needed the spare parts guy to confirm part. Said they would call me on Mon. No call, followed up Tuesday. Called three times on Tuesday. Finally got the sales rep I dealt with, then said sorry cannot provide the part - bad luck. Owner needs to train his staff better with inspecting laptops and better customer service.

Friendly and helpful staff. They fixed my laptop in 10 minutes. Greatly appreciated their honest and efficient service.

Nathan and his team were super helpful and did me a great deal on a laptop with heaps of inclusions. He even installed the antivirus for me and set it s up so I could just plug it in SND go!! Highly recommended.
