Picked up a portable carport and the staff member was very helpful with assisting to get it into the car There were no male staff members at the time unfortunately but with our muscles we got the job done. I was very pleased with how the staff go out of their way to make the visit to the store a positive experience.
Their software suggested incorrect wiper blades. We went back with an open pack and Blake was amazing, happy to replace, found an alternative solution, helped fit it. Best service I have had in a long while.
Excellent customer service. The help I received was given with , I felt from an honest ,caring young man. Thank you.
Went in to get a dash mat. Wasn't sure if they had what I wanted, but I asked a staff member and they located one. They even let me duck out of the store and see if it fitted it did. All in all, an extremely positive experience.
Dom The Store Manager is a top bloke....he really knows his stuff, is fiendly and he will give you a no BS answer and advice without the upsell pressure. Well maybe a little, thats his job They try to get you exactly what you need, including ordering in specialist parts. They will even do their best to price match with the internet. This is now my practical one stop shop for all my car needs, they will be seeing more of my business. THANKS TEAM.

Well stocked store I locked my keys in my car the staff really went out of there way to help me and I thank them rang Racq .all good.

Fantastic store and absolutely amazing staff. Thank you to the guy who was so knowledgeable about cars and fitting in my lights.
Walked around the whole store looking for a bulb twice and then found it .... finally had to walk to a counter to ask for them to get me the bulb as it was locked .... Then talked to me like I knew nothing and interrupting me while I was trying to explain why and then got my words out and she understood and helped...... got the bulbnot my usual store sadly wont be back
