They are fantastic! The guy I talked on the phone to get the quote was absolutely helpful and efficient! he was so kind and explained to me very well. I've called 5 other locksmiths at the time but Ruswin was the only company give me the quote on the first call. also best price!(less than half of other quote.) The lady at the counter was very friendly and kind as well! Very professional work and great customer service. I will definitely use them again! I can't recommend highly enough.

My neighbour's alarm started to sound at 9.30 pm, annoying all the block. The 24/7 phone nr is not working. The dude from Ruswin who came (more than 30 minutes after the alarm started) was not able to turn it off, he left saying: "sorry about that, there is nothing I can do, mate". On top of this the dude left all the lights on at my neighbour's house. Clowns!!!! If there is someone actually stealing in this property they will have time to choose piece by piece what to bring back home.

I would just like to say that after dealing with a myriad of suppliers and tradies here at SBUV, Ruswin’s service is second to none. The service and professionalism we experience each and every time is outstanding and this morning, to have that extremely polite and professional gentlemen attend SBUV without us even having to ask or follow up and happily attending to the job at hand with no fuss or drama was brilliant. You could teach a few other businesses and suppliers around Townsville a thing or two about service and client treatment.
