There was a 1 hour wait so they took my number to text me when I was next in line, so I was able to do some of my other shopping. And the service I received was great they sorted out everything for me.

Has a bit of wait due to them being so busy liked the sms message notification for when a free consultant was available.

Bought a sony experia phone but discovered the speaker was stuffed. They would not exchange it despite consumer laws stipulating a repair or replacement. They were aggressive and unfazed by consumer law. 6 months later I received a full refund via the telecommunications ombudsmen. A month later after my contract was cancelled they rang to say my phone was repaired. Even if 12 staff are not serving anyone they will pretend to be busy and you will wait a minimum of 1 hour to be served. No one compares to this store anywhere.
