Great staff with such great knowledge went in Monday and spoke to a really great young man by the name of Tylor he was really great I explained what I needed in a laptop and he was very efficient even kept under my budget for a laptop and took his time to really ask the right questions to narrow down my exact image of what I wanted in a laptop. I would 100% recommend going in and talking to him about a laptop as he has so much knowledge on them. I would also recommend asking about Norton and Microsoft 365 as he really knows his stuff about them I will constantly go back and deal with Tylor. Thank you Tylor I love my new laptop you deserve all the props for the effort you put into making sure I got what I was looking for!!!
I brought an expensive large laser printer from Officeworks - what they failed to tell me was that the ink is $100+ per colour, all cartridges have to be loaded not just black for operation, & that it only works with 3G. Ridiculous, very disappointed & money wasted. Other than that, most times I've visited staff have been courteous & happy to assist.
Really poor customer service from Ben. Waited for 1.5hrs to reset a laptop and he couldnt spend 10 min to see the reset through. We wsited while he had his lunch and then he tried again a few times all while saying he cant spend the 10 min to ensure the laptop gets reset. We wasted 1.5hrs and left with nothing bcoz there was an issue with it hence it wasnt resetting. Could have been sold if he spent 10 min with us and didnt waste our time. I guess his time was more precious then ours.
Usually good, but the website stock info is sometimes not updated, like for PC accessories. Gone to the shop to buy 'in stock' items but they were out of stock twice... asked for assistance but offered a different item after 20 mins waiting there. I'd do click and collect next time to avoid wasting my time.
Got my photos printed at officeworks by Eleanor today and can I just say, amazing service! Eleanor was extremely helpful and friendly I couldn't have asked to be helped by a better team member! honestly give her a raise!! Overall super pleasant experience, 5 stars
