Recently needed a tax invoice for a credit card reconciliation which I had lost. Monias sorry if I spelt this wrong was onto it over the phone and I had received it within minutes even though the transaction was 6 weeks old. Great stuff young man. A great ambassador for Officeworks.
Lady on printing was ridiculously rude!! I get so much printing done here but after today never again. She said she has worked there 10 yrs well she should have better communication skills. I left being rushed and very unhappy with my printing.
everything you need, they probably have. If not, good luck finding it anywhere else. Overall a very nice place with pretty much everything you could need in terms of stationary. check the website to find out whats in store, if you're in a rush, ask the lovely staff. overall 10/10, would shop here again. this bits supposed to be cool and rhyme. P.S. guys, customer support is a brutal job. I mean, they have to deal with people like you, KAREN, on a daily basis. I would hold your criticism before you make a fool of yourself in front of the underpaid worker who has to listen to another rant from a complete stranger about how bad they are at their job. they probably just had a bad day, strike up a conversation and overall, just be a pleasant human. It doesn't take much, just a little positivity. And to the ones who are still being rude, move on. Ask another person. Its not just one person in the whole shop, is it?
Came in first thing super excited to purchase an I phone 12 or 13. Had done all the research myself. The girl said there were no 13s in stock but had 12s out the back. I said I would like to look at a 12 if ok. The girl replied with “oh they’re out the back” & didn’t seem keen to pop out & grab one. So we got in the car & drove to JB HI FI & purchased the iPhone 12. A big sale lost by no one really interested in serving us
2 weeks in a row I have walked to buy an Ipad and accessories.. No service at all. Not even acknowledge by staff wandering around. I'll take my precious money elsewhere
The staff really deserve some praise for making this store run effectively, suffering from dyslexia I often forget things, Ryan had taken it upon himself to chase me down before I had realised I forgot them, not to mention the service is quality and swift. Highly recommend

This needs to be said I dread going to here The entrance and exit to officeworks Carpark is not accessible at all and the whole car parking design is just Horrible it's a accident waiting to happen. This needs to be rectified.
