Very dissapointing. Took my kids bike in for a service to get gears fixed. The bloke assured me that the gears would be fixed and that the bike would be serviced. $50 dollars later and trying it out in the car park and gears still didn't work. When confronted they said they don't have the part and couldn't fix. Although nothing was mentioned before I had paid for it. Would not give me my money back but ended up getting $10 out of them. Took the bike to the proper bike shop and they only sell the part in pairs at a cost of $69 + $40 for fitting. I could have bought a whole new bike. So in closing, poor service and definitely not interested in looking after their customers.

Great range of baby products. So many prams and car seats to choose from! We didn't see a staff member for 30 minutes and by that time we had self served. He was very friendly and wanted to help, but it seems there just wasn't enough staff on. Queue at the checkout with one operator, again very friendly, cannot fault, just need more staff to make the overall experience more positive. Great parking. Great service at the item pickup door.

Store advertised on the net that a toy I wanted was available for sale. Traveled 40k to be told that it was still in transit and time of arrival was not known. Time wasted, 80k of fuel wasted, excuse pathetic.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Listen to the customer! First step of customer service, staff are untrained, clueless and really lacking care. All we wanted to do was lay buy, all they cared if it was in stock which didn't matter and then couldn't process a simple sale for advertised price. In my job I need the best amount of customer service and satisfaction to provide for my family. Absolutely stunned at what I experienced today, I know you's only sell toys which require no product knowledge so focus on the customers to maintain repeat business and healthy growth. Not even one star.
