The service from start too finish was superb. Friendly with no pressure and great advice and product knowledge. Younger part time staff did well and passed on any questions to more senior staff in a polite professional manner. Purchased bike was fitted out with a few alterations and was ready to go in a couple of hours.Would happily recommend friends and family to purchase from Cycle De Vie.

They knew their stuff and seemed happy to share the knowledge. They also have a great selection to pick from and they service bikes in house. This is the best bike shop that I have ever been to. What makes it the best is the friendly and helpful staff. I am a visitor to the town and the staff are so welcoming. Most of them know my name and that just makes you feel special. As a result, I don't shop around - Cycle de Vie is my "Go To" place. The service is outstanding!! The shop layout and range of products is also outstanding. Best bike shop layout I have ever seen. This place shines in the world of bike shops!
