We received the best service from all the team there , everyone working there has a knowledge set that can't be faulted so much we came back and purchased 2 more bikes and a few accessories highly recommend them for your next bike purchase
I brought a second hand bike in to these guys to be looked at and the store claimed it was a stolen bike despite having no evidence. They took my bike off me and I only got it back 9 months later, with the added bonus of it being poorly looked after with rust and cracking seals. Pretty depressing for an $8,000 bike. I brought it up with them and they pretty much told me I should be grateful that it didn't come back in worse condition it had been held at the police evidence room while they tried to put a case to it. I asked them if they could at least take photos of people bikes when they take them in future so that others don't end up unable to get compensation like myself, but the staff member just stared at me blankly.. I feel walked all over by my experience at this store.
Great service when my bike needed to be repaired. A simple fix was all that was needed which they did on the spot and they didn’t charge. Highly recommend.
I appreciate the time they took to track down some odd size tires and bearings for my 1948 autocycle and the guidance during the restoration. Thanks Guys

Dean and co went well and truly above and beyond at no notice, including sourcing a replacement brake leaver from another store - am in town for a short period and would have wiped out the riding if not for the team.. Can not articulate how grateful I am.
The team at BNG Sports are friendly, efficient, highly skilled and knowledgeable. Service is always great, price is always competitive and the advice is qualified by years of experience and some of the best bike mechanics in Townsville. They are also generous supporters of local community events and charities. A great local bike shop. Highly recommended!

New to mountain bike riding and bought my bike gear 5 months ago. Good value. What make me come back here every time is the after service. Justin was simply brilliant and fixed the bike, snapped derailer, within 2 hours for a great price. Threw in a bell for good measure. Have tried the 2 shops on Charters Towers Road…..this is the place in Townsville for bikes
