Big Thanks to the team at Top brand who did an awesome job helping me out first thing Monday morning, when I was in a bind, and set me off pedalling with a perfect bike. I really appreciated you guys fitting me in like that with no notice and filling me with confidence again for the race.

Leaving a review just to let young players know that their opening time on Saturday is wrong. They actually close at 2pm not 5pm. Nothing wrong with the place, haven't even gone in, but you know. That's the problem.

Resonable price and diverse bike services. Great customer services with helpful, friendly, and supportive attitudes. I was really impressed and appreciated the team's service for my issue because I got my e-bike online, not at this shop. Yet, the team did so well. Thanks a lot.

Great service and knowledge of products. Happy to answer any question and educate us on differences in the range honestly with no sales tactics. We were only looking but walked out with 2 new mountain bikes fitted correctly. Great family run local business that we will definitely be using again.

Will be the first and last time i will be going to Top Brands Cycles, came into pick up my littles one bike. Got a quote for $60.00 to fix two tyres and brakes then was told it was $80 and that was just for the front Brake no tyres said they could do tyres for $40 not charging labour.     The person that gave me the quote was there and  said couldnt remember , got it down to $73.00 for the brake felling ripped off.    They should have upheld the quote of $60 thats why i went ahead with it . My Little one even said mum they said $60 as was with me when took bike in and back brake wasnt done either wont be going back.

Popped in here yesterday to buy a little run around cycle whilst we are here visiting from the UK - great, friendly service - picked the bike up this morning and have done my first Townsville ride - great little bike, excellent for my needs whenever I visit family here from the UK! Bought a Giant Momentum - ideal for my needs, built for stamina not for speed - such a comfy bike!!

Great people to deal with and I had a few problems which they were able to solve pretty quickly. Did a real professional job building my sworks tarmac di2 disc brakes bike. Nice people in general as well. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Paul, Mike Prentice and the team from Top Brand Cycles for their great service.They got me back on the trails after a battery failure. Paul the mechanic made several important repairs and the bike was ready to go next day. If you are looking for a friendly and professional bike shop don't go past these guys. I only wish you were on the Sunshine Coast.

I’ve used this store for inner tubes and other accessories for months. I won’t be using them again. I only discovered today that an inner tube supplied and fitted was the wrong one. They charge $35 for supply and fitting so I’d expect the best given that other stores do it for $22. The staff have a superior air about them that make you feel stupid. Don’t like giving negative reviews but this is my experience….

Awesome service. Bought three bikes from them now and got a great price on all of them. Best of all is I got good advice when buying the bikes so got the bike that was perfect for my needs. The after sales service is also top notch. Whether it's servicing the bike, buying parts or accessories, they have always taken care of me
