Great guys in here! Told him our budget. Didn’t try any upswell. Had our bikes ready within the hour and even delivered to our caravan park. As our only bike rack is on our 22 foot caravan. Definitely buy your bikes from this bloke!!! Cheers mate

I've only been to Bike Fix Townsville twice now and both times I've been impressed with the professionalism and customer centric service on offer. Not being a proper bike guy and coming in with plenty of questions, I found that Bevan was happy to explain the basics to me and willing to offer some good advice. Really glad I've got a great bike shop with attentive staff so close to home. Will certainly be recommending them when I'm asked.
I have been cycling for over 50 years and therefore delt with numerous bike shops and bike mechanics over those years. I have found Bevan from Bike Fix to be the best mechanic and shop owner by far that I have had the pleasure to deal with. He is honest, reliable, very knowledgeable and considering the number of bikes and the amount gear I buy, therefore I really should know I have found him to be more than competitively priced. If you want good honest advice, repairs any parts for your bike or a complete bike I grantee you will do no better than dropping into have a chat with Bevan.

Bevan has always pointed me in the right direction, price is on point he has a good stock on hand and if not in stock will be there asap. I have purchased several bikes off Bevan and can't recommend the after sales service enough. A great no BS! Local Bike Shop. Support LBS's.
Fantastic customer service and one of the most knowledgeable mechanics and bikeology experts in AUSTRALIA. Loads of cycling experience and has great pricing. Looks after loyal customers and always makes time to give advice. I’ve been getting my bike serviced and shopping here for years and have been treated with great professionalism every single time. I have referred many people here and never had a bad report back! Congratulations and thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.
Can't recommend Bike Fix enough, work is to a very high standard and the level of service is excellent. The quality of products is excellent and Bevan is always so helpful, nothing is every too much of a problem. My bike is always serviced with Bevan and any problems are fixed right the first time. Could not recommend Bevan highly enough.
Excellent service and quality products. I’ve been taking my bikes here to be serviced for years and I’m really impressed with the staff’s knowledge and advice on bicycles and cycling. Best of all Bevan the owner is prompt at responding to questions you have on social media. Highly recommended
