Really nearly $12 for a muffin and capacinno. And what do I get a muffin which was quite nice but not a mug of capaccino. I got a large glass of coffee. How are you supposed to drink out of a glass with no handle. I would rather have a take away cup. Not a happy camper

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. More training needs to be done for younger staff members.

Very rude staff, with tons of attitude, the Manager is no better.

Very rude manager. 

Me and my buddy must have been waiting at lease half an hour till our other buddy arrive.
During that time, we noticed it felt like there was a pressure from the manager to order.

We where receiving funny looks and where ask to ordered.

We explain to the mannager we we're waiting on our friend as he was running late. 

He replied, "I should be charging you rent!"

Not sure if the manager was having a bad day or this was his normal business operating procedures?

Either way, it left our catchup and coffees with a bitter taste in our mouths
