We are a locally owned family business, specialising in; fresh local produce direct from the farm, specialty meats, artisan breads baked fresh daily on the premises, continental deli, premium coffee and gourmet foods.

Our vision is to provide premium quality fresh food, direct from local farmers and producers when possible, at the best possible price and with outstanding service to our customers!

Amazing, stunning, fabulous! Otto's reminds me a lot of a place you'd find at Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne. The pies are delicious and very reasonably priced. In fact, most of the food is reasonably priced. Well worth a visit if you're in Townsville. Oh! Also... good luck resisting the many temptations in the form of pastries and cakes, while queuing in line. You have been warned.

Friendly, timely service. A good variety of niche shops as well as the main Cafe/Deli attraction. Definitely should be on anyone's bucket list for Townsville.

This is my must visit place when I come to Townsville. I have got to say it’s the best coffee I have tasted in a long time and I don’t usually stop at 1. The pastries, bagels and bretzels are to die for. Love the kitschy old school hipster feel. Love the variety of items in the supermarket and the other shops with complementary items - hot chickens etc. Cowboys, The Strand, Castle Hill and Otto’s - all Townsville icons.

Interesting selection of groceries and wonderful fresh food. Everything I've tried here tastes fantastic. This place is one of Townsville's hidden gems.
Just had one of the steak and mushroom pies. Wow! Melt in your mouth steak. No fat or gristle.

Great range you expect to find in a continental deli along with the prices. The cold meats, coffees and pastries are definitely worth a visit.
After spending a lot of time in Switzerland and Germany, I have never come across a pretzel that would be passable in all of Australia until now... They just need to make them "at least, three times bigger than this."
