We are a locally owned family business, specialising in; fresh local produce direct from the farm, specialty meats, artisan breads baked fresh daily on the premises, continental deli, premium coffee and gourmet foods.

Our vision is to provide premium quality fresh food, direct from local farmers and producers when possible, at the best possible price and with outstanding service to our customers!

I’ve been to Otto’s a number of times now and it never disappoints. On my most recent visit I tried the tiramisu cheesecake and it was absolutely amazing. I was going to take a photo before eating it, but it was so good I got a bit carried away and only remembered after I’d already started!nnI’ve also had breakfast here in the past and it was excellent as well. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is great, and there’s a fantastic selection of food. Definitely one of my favourite places to visit, and I’ll be back again.

Simply outstanding. Amazing selection of food and baking at a reasonable price. The eating area is top class and I simply love coming here.

What a treasure this place is in Townsville. Breakfast, lunch, coffee, fresh fruit and vege and then the amazing selection of bakery treats.

What's happened to the pies? It's been a while since I've had one from here and they used to be delicious! Just had a steak bacon and cheese one, lacked any flavour and it was so dry inside

Totally different vibe frm other shopping places.... U hav a small beautiful movie effect food court n jst so lovely to visit... U hav cafes, burgers, shopping , flower shops, haircut, ice creams, gift shops...etc....
