We are a locally owned family business, specialising in; fresh local produce direct from the farm, specialty meats, artisan breads baked fresh daily on the premises, continental deli, premium coffee and gourmet foods.

Our vision is to provide premium quality fresh food, direct from local farmers and producers when possible, at the best possible price and with outstanding service to our customers!

I just came here to order the ube latte that they’re doing right now, and we go to order it and this middle aged man says you have to come in before 4 for that… I looked at the time and it was exactly 4. No where in the ad did it say to order before 4 and they don’t even close until 7 today so not like there’s a rush to have everything packed away. On the wall it says drinkery from 10am but doesn’t say when it ends. It couldn’t have been that hard to whip up that drink. How is the blender closed down before 4? It can’t be that hard to re plug in the blender… No worries anyways I’ll just take my money to boost juice.

I got the German hot dog and I thought I died and went to heaven. The sosig was perfectly paired with condiment and fillings. The fries were also excellent. The vibe was otherworldly as it was buzzing with energy. A very cozy space to eat bit it complimented the experience. Please come try the weiners

Switched up my usual go to coffee place to try Otto's Warrina today. Genuinely one of the best coffees I've had. Although super busy, the baristas pumped out the coffees fast. They were also incredibly helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back

My favourite place to visit when I’m in Townsville for work - I could spend hours here! So much variety and decent prices. The danishes are so tasty and everything is always fresh.
