Great Centre.Shopped there 35 years ago , when Jim Bowden was the Woolworths manager.Still a great Shopping Centre.
Click and collect order was wrong. Frustrating having to go back to fix it up. My order was for my daughter. I have her with me 24/7 as a single mum so did click and collect for a discrete way of getting the items while having her. Just to find out they gave me the wrong items which had a big price difference so i lose money if I don’t go back. These items will now be ruined for her as I have no way of exchanging without her seeing. Thanks big w.
Just need them and the other Big W stores to take my two published books. The Tangled Web and Conquering The Odds both by Judith Kendall.
My friend and I went to Big W at Castletown Yesterday and were really disappointed by the attitude and rude customer service from the lady in the party section. She spoke down to us and was unwilling to help when we asked for assistance.
Hopeless staff. Waited 15 mins for someone at click and collect to get my package which then took them less than 1 min to collect.
