I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your CastleTown store. I purchased a boxed bicycle on 16th July, and upon opening it, I discovered that the tyre was damaged.nnI reported the issue immediately and returned the bicycle, requesting a replacement. I even paid extra for assembling, trusting that a proper replacement would be provided.nnHowever, after waiting a full week, I was shocked to find that the store had not replaced the damaged bicycle. Instead, they assembled and delivered the same damaged bicycle back to me.nnThis is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your service and quality control. I expected better from a reputed retailer like Big W.

Great bargin prices. Never a hassel shopping here. Always parking available too

Picked up a click and collect order today.  Very annoyed that they stuffed 4 cushions into 1 bag.  Cushions are squashed and one is particularly out of shape.  Disappointing.

Rude door lady who proudly checks people bags when they enter but not when they exit.
