Please send us a PM with attached photo of item and size required along with your phone number and credit card details. Postage starts from $8 (regular) or $11 (express) for most items. If postage is required please also provide us with your address. Alternatively you can call 0432 152 595.

Returns Policy

For all mail orders, 30 days is allowed for a customer to return an item for any reason. A store credit (valid for 12 months) will be issued under the customers name.

Where orders are to be collected from store, customers have 14 days in which to pick up the item and determine its suitability. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted unless the item is proven faulty.

If an item is faulty, a refund or store credit may be issued. If an item is worn and becomes damaged - a button falls off, zip tears etc. this is considered general wear and tear and we will not accept it back for an exchange.

No items are permitted for return without proof of purchase and items must be received in original condition - unworn with tags still attached. Returns that are not in their original condition and are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer and the customers cost.

Milou Dress House staff reserve the right to reject a return if it is concluded that it is not in original condition.
