One of the most if not the most incompetent centre ive ever seen in both the quality of doctors, wait time and reception friendliness. The only business that advertises appointments so you can sit there anyway like a walk in anyway for 1.5 hrs as the doctor goes slower so he can get tax funded overtime. Google is frighteningly more useful the most doctors here. How can a practice continue to operate at 2 stars???

If I could I would give zero stars. On multiple occasions. Reception staff have been utterly disappointing for example they hang up in the middle of a telephone conversation trying to book an appointment, when the online booking system does not allow for bookings on the same day. One staff member was particularly rude when asking me to wear a mask, and made me go to a chemist to buy one before registering for my appointment. The only good doctor is Mitra and he has a 15 day waiting time. I have been coming here for over seven years but not anymore. Nobody deserve to be treated this way.

So last week I had an appointment, very important need an ultrasound for an issue pretty important. Allowed an hour but they never got to me before I had to go to another appointment, receptionist was nice, very sorry when i had to leave and still not seen. I live on Maggie so lost that day. Got another chance to get away from work yesterday so went to town. I booked an appointment. Had option for telephone consult or phone consult. Given I need an ultrasound I thought ok, that saves resources. Got a missed call an hour before the consult , rang straight back to be told the receptionist that called you is on break. Not sure what it’s about. Ok I’ll wait. 10 min later I got a rude call from the dr saying they don’t do telephone consults anymore that was during Covid. And the fees are going up Friday and I hadn’t been there since 2021 So thanks. Got a personal and serious issue and got the worst attitude from a Dr of my life. I’m private hospital money no issue needed some care and now I’m not sure what to do, love your ad about going the extra mile. Lies Dale

Today I waited 1 h for a consultation and I had booked! booked for 2:30, received at 3:30 I saw a guy Mr I. Colombo, a walk-in patient being received before me, I confronted the receptionist about that and she lied on my face saying that He had an appointment which It was a lie because He arrived at the same time as me and I distinctively heard the receptionist saying to him that he had to wait because He was a "walk-in". So not only they are bad at managing bookings they also are rude and disrespectfull of their customer!

I found the receptionist to be polite and professional. I waited for my pre-booked appointment and only had to wait 15 minute past my proposed booking time which is acceptable in such a busy practice. I got to see Dr Ratna Shukla who was very professional yet easy to speak with. I would have no problem recommending this practise.

Please if you have a serious health problem do not go to this clinic. I have been to many of the doctors and only two are reasonable. One literally told me who cares everyone is going to die at some point and as I would share what was wrong he would slump in his chair and closes his eyes. Another practically yeld at me for being desperate and saying I need help and for doing my own case research. I've spent a year here and my health getting worse and I am moving on for this practice wish I had of earlier. I hope you find a better clinic if you have serious health issues. I think if it is minor help needed they are okay.

Doctors and pathology staff are great although they are always running late. Reception staff are the real let down. They are inpatient, unfriendly and short with patients. While I was waiting for my appointment they were openly complaining about patients for everyone to hear.

So unprofessional it’s incomprehensible. Doctor Shukla informed me that he used to sniff petrol when he was young. He spends the appointment time talking extensively about himself, and now that it’s not bulk-billed, you get charged to listen to his unwanted stand-up special. He also shares private information about other patients and includes their names. He can’t even write a valid referral. Once, he rushed me through my appointment within five minutes, didn’t even attempt to address my concerns, and then opened the door and physically pushed me out of the room. Avoid this place at all costs.

It is a shame I can't give zero stars or report this place. The way I was treated today was not only unprofessional but it was highly disrespectful. I was stuck at train cross for over 15 minutes which made myself 9 minutes late to the appointment and that was reason enough for Dr. Vinay Bhalla to rush me through my consultation, say that I was wasting his time, insult me saying that I don't know how things work in Australia because I wasn't born here and basically kick me out of the room because he's running late. If this is the experience people should go through when they're trying to take care of their health, Australian doctors are going to kill the health system in this country.

I wish I could rate this practise as -5 stars. My sick father and I were treated like nothing I’ve ever experienced before by the most horrible, uncaring, rude disgusting doctor I’ve ever met l, Dr Rakesh Kaushal. He should simply not be allowed to practise or be in a position to see people in such a vulnerable state who need help. What an absolutely traumatic experience. The lady at the front desk was however super lovely and very helpful the whole time.
