Right, first the positive. It's clean, has a good range of stores and even offers free books if you need something to read. The toilets were clean although the soap dispensers in the men's toilets were empty at 9am on a Sunday morning.nNow the not-so-good. Be careful when driving in the parking area or you might fall into a bottomless hole in the road!

Convenient place to go shoppingnLarge outdoor parking, various shops inside the shopping center.nThe Community book swap corner is another place that you can find and share good books here.

Annandale Central might be the most humble shopping centre I've been. It's quiet but busy at the same time. People greet each other and enjoy other people company. There's a chemist here, a barber, a vet, a sushi stall, a very busy cafe, a grocery shop, a flower shop, a discount shop, tobacco shop, repair shop and a bottle shop. And there's  more! There is also a bookshelf that offers free books! Please do not use this for your advantage and donate more books on their bookshelf.nnThis shopping centre is safe for now and I hope it remains the same. Small businesses run here, and longevity wise rent could be affordable. Kudos to the shopping centre management. And their parking isn't stingy as well!! This shopping centre is a community on its own.

More covered parking would be nice. So would a tavern
