Worst customer service. Got served straight away the was told my will take a bit longer so I will have to wait until everyone else is served. Then I was their about warranty on an item was told it had 6 years warranty, I have had it for 5 but after 5 my purchase history gets deleted so their is no docket on file. Then I ask could you give me the company that makes it and I will contact them, I was told it is made for fantastic furniture by a company in Vietnam and they don't know how to contact them. I then said can you just order a replacement board and I will pay for it. No sorry can't do that you will have to buy the whole bed again. Thus is $1000 mind you. Absolutely ridiculous.
I bought a dining setting 1 hr click and collect checked first they had 1 in store and they did... it has now been 5 weeks and still isnt ready to collect they blamed it on the live purchase but I just called them again and it's not even booked in for delivery this week they said it will be another 2 weeks.nAbsolutely pathetic not happy at all
We ordered a couch in July and we’re told it would take 6-8 weeks. We are now in the 10th week of waiting and have been told it will still be another week or 2. I called 2 weeks ago and was told 2-3 weeks from then! The timeframe keeps changing and no one can give me much detail about where my couch is and why it’s taking so long. I am 8 months pregnant and did not need the added stress of receiving my couch as I approach my due date. Be cautious when ordering from fantastic furniture! We would have gone elsewhere if the time we were given at the start was more accurate!
While wish was more fabric choice in picking sofa today few saring options be good they did give a 5% veteran discount, so cheers.nSee how the three month wait goes.
