So helpful courteous and such amazing customer service she honestly deserves a gold medal and a promotion!!!. Greeted with the morning and a smilenIts people like her you need in these positions and in leadership who are wonderful role models and clearly possess fabulous communication skills. Its staff like her that keeps you coming back and should be noted. Please provide this feedback back to her she deserves this compliment!!!!
Absolutely disgusting service. I purchased a tv cabinet for over $700 had to hire some guys to collect it and bring it up my stairs. When unbloxed, the hinges were broken and there is significant damage to one of the corners. When I sent through the details and photos, they suggested making a warranty claim though I would have to take the original back to pick up the new one when it comes in as they don't have any in stock. This is not a light TV cabinet. Shame on you Fantastic Furniture, your really need to do better but I guess that customer service explains your star rating.
I went in on Sunday afternoon with my wife to buy a bed, bedside tables, desk, bar stools and possibly a dining suite. Staff were so disinterested and do anything to not to catch your eye. No assistance whatsoever. In the end we walked out and went elsewhere to spend our money. The least the staff could do is at least pretend they are happy to be there and serve.
