PLEASE HAVE A READ… Well this was the last place we looked for a pair of shoes for the wife and was absolutely gobsmacked to find Michelle bridge’s brand of runners shoes that fitted perfectly in BIG W . Two years on and she is still wearing them. Very good quality. All the shoe shops we tried had nothing and now don’t make sizes in half sizes like 7 and 1/2. Apparently nobody wants this size anymore well done guys on your wonderful service and attitude. cheers big ears
Service/lau buy dept in store, the staff are constantly rude and several times I’ve witnessed staff rolling their eyes in from of customers, inpatient, unwelcoming towards customers, unapologetic.nnI find this store is a nightmare to go to. While other stores are much more enjoyable to be in.
11am and you're making a lady struggle to carry a 20kg bag of dog food through your store to the car because SECURITY SAYS THERES NO TROLLYS!nNot good enough that's absolutely disgusting. You employ people to ensure there are trollys, this shouldn't happen. Theres no excuses you're a billion dollar industry. So, due to injury from this, you'll be facing a claim.
The staff are friendly and it is easy to find help to locate things. Although the prices of things at Big W has increased over the years compared to similar products at shops such as Kmart or Target.
Today I was in the store looking for an item I could not find on display.I approached a staff member who was not in the vicinity where the item I was trying to find.She immediately went to find the person who could help me and he did go in the back and found it for me.I was most grateful for their courtesy and help.She could easily have said that if it is not on display then there was none. Thankyou so much.
