BIG W WILLOWS

Great variety of items to choose from. Reasonable prices. Helpful friendly staff. Layby setup was a breeze and they were helpful in explaining everything to me. Also had an issue with a barcode at the self-serve checkout, in which the lovely lady at the front took me to an empty register to check it out manually. Very helpful and was super nice. Even wished me a merry Christmas on leaving. Very happy customer and will definitely be returning!

Well was the last place we looked for a pair of shoes for the wife and was absolutely gobsmacked to find Michelle bridge’s brand of runner that fitted perfectly in big w. All the shoe shops we tried had nothing and now don’t make sizes in half sizes like 7 and 1/2. Apparently nobody wants this size anymore well done guys cheers big ears

Ease of online shopping. Pick up at service desk. Purchased these two PS4 games online and got email to say once order is ready for collection. Clean and tidy department store. Friendly staff.

Very large store with vast array of clothing for all types and all gender assignments. Plenty of books, games, dvds for all age groups. Reasonable prices as expected.

Absolutly useless... staff standing around chatting while 1 lady tried to serve at least 12 people in the service desk. And only the service sldesk can help with an online order not good enough.

Its everything you'd expect from a Big W in a major shopping centre. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the shop cleanliness was great.

I think it is a bigger big W store hard to find things as place not set out well

Big W willows is stocked with everythingmostly that you could need. There's really not much else to say except that the price's are reasonable and the staff, as at every other store, are friendly.
