Arrived at Cairns Airport and had a great journey with our driver Mick, he gave a great and hilarious commentary on the way to our Clifton beach Hotel. Down to earth and a funny guy. Well done for hiring such a great Aussie larrikin. Highly recommended.

LIARS, CHEATS and THIEVES. Zero stars. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! After landing at cairns at 5am, our expected driver hadn't arrived after an hour and it was still too early to get through to their office by phone. Feeling jet lagged, we booked a transit through Sun Palm's (perhaps "Face Palm" is a better name?!) deceitful, shifty, and untrustworthy representative at the international terminal. She assured us that we could change our tickets/times if needed. Not long before their next bus was scheduled, our pre-booked driver arrived (there had simply been a mix up with the time). We returned to their counter to cancel our tickets and get a refund. 1. She first LIED to us that she couldn't issue refunds as "they don't give me the codes". 2. She again LIED that all we had to do was phone the number on the receipt and highlighted the number ... saying "no problems, call the office later and they'll do the refund". 3. She then cancelled our fully-paid for return tickets. Later, we called the office, who said "Yes those tickets have been cancelled. But they are non-refundable. Do you have the ticket in front of you?" At that moment I saw the small print at the bottom, "strictly non-refundable." No apologies, no offer of reinstating the return leg of our transit which we had paid for. Not that we would wish to travel with them after our terrible experience! It's disgusting that this unscrupulous "company" should be the first point of contact at Cairns for tourists, they are a shameful pack of liars and should should be ashamed of themselves!!

Terrible regard for customer service and satisfaction. If your late night flight is delayed, you'll be left stranded at the airport and expected to wait overnight until the 'next available service'. If only a zero star rating was an option...

Terrible customer service. Avoid this company and use an Uber. You'll end up paying less and have a much more pleasant journey than if you deal with these theives.

Be carefull with how much you get charged over the phone! I booked a pick up service over the phone. I was told that 20 dollars will be charged to my debit card. A few days later I noticed on my bank statement that additional 50 cents was charged on top of the initial amount. I called the Port Douglas office and I was told that this is a cc 'surcharge'. A cc surcharge applied to my debit card? A surcharge that nobody ever mentioned over the phone? I was told by Cerys that she'll be emailing me a refund request form that I have to fill in in order to get my 50 cents back. Basically they're still making it difficult to get the illegally applied surcharge back. Imagine if they do it to every single client... It's a teerrible practice Sun Palm! Very unprofessional. This should be reported to Consumer Affairs.
