Friendly staff so helpful! Free shuttle to town. Small pool but we had it to ourself. Free breakfast! Very reasonably priced. 20 min from the centre. Quiet hostel not really a party atmosphere which was nice.  Tv room with huge selection if dvds.   We Only stayed 1 night but highly recommend . Loved cairns xx

Amazing place! The staff is very kind and nice! The structure is in center of the city, clean and cheap. There is a free bus. If you need to be saved from spiders, the staff can help you..

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable to stay , reasonably priced and chill :) Would recommend to everyone in Cairns!

Me and two of my friends stayed here for one night. We had to give a $20 deposit for the keys, which is expected. The following day the owner of this establishment said that I had told him me and my friends planned on staying another night, this never happened. As we were about to leave the owner refused us our deposit and simply left. The other workers commented on the lack of professionalism the owner exemplifies quite often, as they apologized they did not have to authority to refund us. One worker even offered us $20 from his own pocket for the behaviour of the owner. I would recommend finding another hostel to stay.
