First time using a shuttle service from the airport and so impressed. Our driver was waiting for us at the baggage claim with a sign to indicate he was there to meet us. Straight out the door to a lovely clean mini van that had a roomy trailer attached for our baggage. It was quite a drive to our hotel and Andy kept us entertained with lots of great stories of his travels. Very safe driving and prompt pickup on return. Highly recommended. Great pricing too!

This is the first time writing a review, I usually read them before booking a service, so I hope people read this as well. My partner and I used Krystal Transport Company last week, the pick up was fab - unfortunately cannot remember the drivers name but he was chatty, showed us some sights on the way and had great customer service. What a shame the same cannot be said for the return leg. My partner accidentally left his wallet in the van, and noticed as we had checked in for our flight. We called the main number and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful - so thank you to her. The driver had luckily just picked up some passengers so my partner ran outside to collect his wallet. As my partner approached the van, the driver wound down his window, and proceeded to throw the wallet out of it and shouted “idiot!” The driver should be ashamed - what a negative experience to end our time in Port Douglas, all because of this driver.

Both our pick up from airport to PD and the trip back to Greyhound station were perfect. On-time and quick drivers. Talked and answered questions as needed and left us be when we didn't ask questions. Pricing is on par with competitors.
