Unless you get the service for free, book a different shuttle. Waited for almost an hour for the shuttle which eventually showed up once a group of us were waiting. They allow you to book on the half hour for pick up but that service seems not to exist. Definitely would NOT want to rely on them to get to a flight.

Amazing shuttle service,  watching this amazing woman run around making sure everyone gets on the bus on time, helping them with their bags while also having to deal with crazy peak hour traffic and getting people to the airport on time, will recommend to everyone!!!!

Buyer beware! This is advertised to run every half hour to the airport. After an hour, I called for a refund and called an Uber, which ended up being cheaper than the shuttle. The individual I spoke to on the phone LAUGHED at me when I requested a refund, which needless to say made me irate. 

Still looking for that refund. Don't even bother trying to email them as the email address does not work.

I booked a FNQ the day before from my hostel (Jack's) and the girl at the reception confirmed my booking and she printed the ticket (for 8am next day). I was told that I should be there 5 minutes before. My flight was at 9h55am so I should be at the airport around 8h30am.

I basically ended up waiting until 9am since there was no phone number on the ticket and the reception would open at 9am. The girl at the reception apologised and gave me back my 5 dollars deposit and called a taxi for me. Couldn't check in my backpack and ended up throwing away 4 kg of my personal belongings since I could only travel with 12kg.

I'm giving one star... They should get zero since no service was provided and i ended up in a stressful, messy situation where i nearly missed my flight and lost part of my belongings.

Horrible experience.

Never again.
