Always use these guys when I come up to Port Douglas to visit my brother. Never any dramas and the drivers have always been friendly, helpful and up for a chat. Door to door service that's efficient & with a smile.

Would not recommend this company. They left us waiting in the rain for over an hour with 3 kids. We were very lucky not to miss our flight and only got on the flight because it was delayed. The company promised free transfers next time we were in Cairns and now that I have called to arrange this they have no record of it.........will never use them again!

Very happy with service. Our booking was messed up even though I had confirmed 24 hrs prior as directed, but the company recovered quickly and arranged for a driver to come in especially and transport us to Palm Cove. I couldn't complain about that and would recommend this service.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! Do not waste your time booking with these people.. customer service is pathetic and online booking system is faulty over charged by $200 for one simple transfer after confirming over the phone I was booking it correctly! Then they refuse to refund money back that we didn't use after their mistake. I will never recommend.. very angry customer and ruined my holiday trying to get in contact with the manager was a nightmare.

Do not book with this company! Booked online for the 21:00 transfer from Cairns airport, arrived 20 minutes before and were told to wait outside for the bus to arrive. At 21:15 with no sign of the bus I went back to the desk to ask where the bus was. Was told by staff member Joel that the 21:00 had left, which was a blatant lie as were had been waiting at the stop since 20:45. Joel was typical of the company as a whole; rude, incompetent and untrustworthy. Basically if you book on the bus at a certain time and the bus isn't full they'll bump you to a later time and leave you sitting in the airport for an hour or so, no refund, apology or explanation!
