I can’t believe what I received when I picked up my order from this joint. From the moment I walked in, it was obvious that standards here are seriously lacking. The entire order was wrong, despite it being a simple order, and on top of that the floors and tables were outrageously unclean. There was visible dirt and food debris everywhere, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene and food safety.nnWhen I finally opened my sandwich, I was honestly disgusted. My Subway looked like it had maggots in it — the salad was wilted, soggy, and looked old, with an overall appearance that made it clear the food was not fresh at all. It was completely unappetizing and left me questioning how long those ingredients had been sitting out. Given the state of the store and the condition of the food, I had no confidence that proper food handling procedures are being followed here.nnThis experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I paid good money expecting a basic level of cleanliness and edible food, and instead I walked away feeling disappointed and grossed out. I won’t be returning, and I seriously suggest this location reviews its hygiene practices, staff training, and overall quality control before more customers have the same experience.
The food was not wrapped properly and the bread was hard and broken to pieces, the shop front was closed and only had drive thru available waited 5mins to be served while hearing the staff having a conversation and ignoring that a car was in the drive thru, then waited 20 mins for the subs while being the only customer.nThe staff member that took payment was respectful although did not offer a receipt. The staff member that handed the food was rude and did not apologise for the wait.nUnfortunately drove straight home before opening 20mins away otherwise would of taken the food back.
Bought three salad bowls, spent 5 minutes telling staff what salad and filling we wanted. Got it home containers a third full no cheese no sauces. More than disappointed. Disgusted.
Disappointed! Ordered through Uber eats had taken them 45mins to prepare 2 foot longs. I contacted the driver he had stated he was waiting on subway. When I called subway supposedly they had 20 online orders. Busy through drive through and in store plus they had juniors working. After finally receiving our order a hour later. Our order was incorrect…. Who would put chipotle sauce with Teriyaki chicken? LESSON LEARNED MAKE YOUR OWN DAMN SANDWICHES!!
orders through the app for easy ordering, got my whole order wrong, asked for italian bread, chicken strips, bbq sause- chipotle south west, got white bread and ranch and NO CHICKEN ordered 1 one macadamia nut cookie and one double chocolate and i got 2 macadamia,
