I really don’t appreciate how the service is here. This place is a disgrace! We ordered off the app to save us time from ordering in drive thru. It took 20-30 mins for them to make our order! Once received, we checked that everything was there. We were missing one of the sauces, and once we got the chips they were stone cold! Later then got home and found out that my burger had a hair in it and had no sauce whatsoever on it even though I asked for extra!! This is a very very disappointing experience and I am very upset with how everything turned out! Even the car behind us waiting were upset that they couldn’t wait any longer and drove off. Tell your staff to do better!! Will not be back at all!!

The girl at the front desk was trying to hold things together! the lads cooking were slow to cook. We waited almost 1 hour for 2x burgers and a coke! Very poorly service for fast food. Tables weren't cleaned. Be aware if in a hurry! No senior supervisor in site pushing thing's along, many customers waiting and going to desk toast for meals.. not good, and top it off icecream machine out action!!
Bought drive through, one of the burgers was meant to be the premium angus bacon grillmaster, the burger was inedible!!nHalf of the burger patty was burnt like a rock, couldn’t even break it, the bun was stuck to it like glue, burger patty dry, hard and completely inedible.nNot a good experience after working late tonight and needing dinner!!
The place was discusting filthy. Food all over the restaurant floor, under tables. The male toilets sink was discusting, it was grey, it was obviouse this sink had not been scrubbed since it was installed.nThe male behind the counter was more interested in chatting up the three Oriental women working their instead of paying attention. A girl behind the counter that served me had to be told by myself that I wanted coffee, she was not paying any type of attention. The food was discusting, I had to leave it.
