I am a regular customer here. Today, I ordered an American pizza, but the pizza they gave us was only loaded with pepperoni. They completely messed up our order, and the pizza had nothing but pepperoni on it. It was so salty that it was hard to eat. After getting home, we called the store, but they kept avoiding our calls. It’s clear they knew they made the pizza wrong, but they gave it to us anyway and then ignored our attempts to contact them. This is really frustrating, and I’m beyond angry.

Rude and arrogant person name Matt. Ordered pizzas for delivery. This is what I got. Made a phone call to let them know and they became aggressive instead of helping.
I think Pizza Riviera put me on a diet, or maybe down-selling is a new thing. nnI called in an order for their special to get a medium pizza and a drink to take away. I asked for a make your own and to their credit they made sure all the toppings were correct.nnWhen I got to the store though they gave me a small pizza. I was very hungry at this point so I said it was not what I ordered but it was fine, and asked to add on one of the giant cookies. I guess because they were busy or maybe because they were distracted from the order not being right, they didn't process this and didn't add it to my order when ringing it up. I decided to cut my losses and leave with just the small pizza and drink instead of a medium pizza, drink and cookie. I was planning on having leftovers the next day but thankfully it was an order just for myself and not for two people which wouldn't have worked.nnI'm not sure how to avoid this issue in future but it wasn't ideal as the shop missed out on larger sales and I did not get what I wanted, so I thought I should mention it.nnThe pizza itself was pretty good and had all the right toppings so I was happy with that aspect.
Excellent delicious pizza..also, do half/ half, so it great for me and the wife all in the one pizza
