The usual that you would expect from a MacDonald's restaurant. Clean and tidy. Outside area which is nice for coffees, especially in the cooler months. Mc Cafe do great coffees also. Indoor play area for kids. Sometimes aircon gets a bit cool but is usually OK. They have a self ordering facility which facilitates quick service and will bring out your meal to your table number.

Open 24/7. Doesn't close for public holidays. Best to visit inside for lunch on a hot day as air conditioning is very effective.

Great to be able to choose my own ingredients when I want a burger and the free Wi=fi is a bonus.

They very rarely get orders right, no matter which one you go to, and ordering online can be even worse.  I've seen them have to go back & forth 3 times to get our order right.  And the problem with their online ordering service not recognising most of Townsville's addresses is disgusting.  That problem has been going on since delivery started.  I was told by one delivery drive to use a 2nd party ordering app, because they have no intention of fixing the problem.  And whatever happened too teaching your staff to have pride in your work.  Obviously that's not part of McDonald's training modules.  I think they teach "she'll be right, slap it together".  For food that looks slapped together, it sure takes a long time to receive.  And what the hell is that dirty water your calling coffee?

Went twice in two days and food was cold both times as they were to focused on the drive thru and left the table service on the counter going cold won't go to this McDonald's again
