This is the most DISGUSTING Maccas I've ever been into ! We were standing at the counter for ages before we were even acknowledged...not a good start !! The customer service if that's what you'd call it was lacking...severely.nRubbish was left everywhere,tables and counters were dirty,toilets were gross and had no toilet paper. When I told a staff member, she just shrugged it off like she didn't care or it wasn't her job. The place wasn't even that busy! So there wasn't an excuse for it to be such a mess!nMaybe hire adults and not children to run a fast food outlet!nOur order wasn't even right ,but that's typical DO BETTER !!
C’mon guys, I was really looking forward to trying the new quarter pounder deluxe. But instead you gave me this I don’t like bacon and didn’t want bbq sauce and there isn’t even any onion on it so it’s not the other one in the new range. One very disappointed pregnant lady over here.
Asked them to clean the tables or allow me to clean for them, as they were filthy dirty. As soon as I walked away, the person I asked mocked me openly in frount of other customers to the manager. Horrible service. Won't go back again. Awesome food though . Just the most dirty maccas I seen. And to openly mock me for wanting to eat in a clean surrounding is just weird.
Not a big Macca guy, as would be even more obese.nWas in Townsville today and thought would try one special burgers with pineapple.nAte my chips and opened burger box.nLooked nothing like promo picture n store or advert TV.nHad couple bites, no pineapple taste.nPut down and opened.nWas a half a ring of pineapple, very thin nowhere near my bite.nAs I suffer mental health issues did not confront
Today I took my grand children here to around 11am, what a mistake the tables were dirty and not wiped down, the food burger / chips / hash browns was cold, just yuck.nNever again,
