Served undercooked chicken covered in blood, could not eat. Totally disgusting, pay attention to your job
Terrible service. We waited 25 minutes for our order. The employees were constantly chatting and using their cell phones, and the supervisor was practically crying. No one was serving customers at the counter, and they weren't delivering orders. Only one girl was working, and she couldn't handle everything. I would recommend she resign.
Order was not complete. One of the burgers were missing. A burger we had paid extra to have added the the share meal. I understand mistakes happen, but it has happened numerous times at this store. I called straight away when we got home and realised the mistake, and the girl answering offered no apology, no consideration for the inconvenience caused, no acknowledgement of yet another mistake. Please teach your staff some basic customer service.
The lady at the drive through I think her name was Sammi was such a good help and was absolutely amazing not to mention how stunning she was. I hope she gets promoted and get a pay raise. She deserves it. She’s absolutely amazing and has such good social skills. Absolutely love her I get her all the time when I go through the drive-through she’s amazing
How can a buisness claim to be 24hrs but refuse to serve for an hour every day at the same time for an hour?nI understand computers need to update although daily is excessivenBut if you can't or won't serve during this time stop claiming to be 24hrs.
