I’d like to give the staff 6 stars for their 'effort' tonight, so here is the extra one . Happy New Year! 1-star rating is for the 60-minute wait while the ready order was just sitting there being ignored. Unbelievable.
I really needed a burger so that restaurant was very handy to where i was staying.
WARNING CHECK YOUR KIDS AND YOUR MEALS BEFORE LEAVING THIS NASTY VENUE. Doesn't get any worse than this, I would rather give zero stars. The worst experience with drive thru service, then I get the meal & its all wrong, wrong drinks, wrong burgers, wrong sauces w/nuggets, in kids meal. Wrong coffees we ordered chai lattes they gave us plain lattes with full cream milk. We never asked for full cream milk. I threw my kids drink out the window cos it was a medium sized drink. What they gave me was the wrong color drink we ordered an orange fanta drink. They gave my child half a cup of something black like pepsi or cola and it was half way full in a medium sized cup. Disgusting looked like someone was sipping on a coke and gave the rest to my kid. I am glad I checked everything before I gave anything to my kids. We threw the entire order in the bin and went to the experts Hungry Jacks at Annandale.
Don't expect FAST food. 14 minutes to prepare 1 burger & a 6 pack of nuggets. Rubbish service.
This is the most DISGUSTING Maccas I've ever been into ! We were standing at the counter for ages before we were even acknowledged...not a good start !! The customer service if that's what you'd call it was lacking...severely.nRubbish was left everywhere,tables and counters were dirty,toilets were gross and had no toilet paper. When I told a staff member, she just shrugged it off like she didn't care or it wasn't her job. The place wasn't even that busy! So there wasn't an excuse for it to be such a mess!nMaybe hire adults and not children to run a fast food outlet!nOur order wasn't even right ,but that's typical DO BETTER !!
