I came into the store around 2 weeks and got served by this very considerate and capable young man. He was tanned and had curly hair from memory, and was training this young lady so efficiently. I can't express my praise enough, please give this young man a raise!
On Wednesday night 22nd April the young man working in drive thru was very polite and considerate with my order and to me. So well mannered! Very impressed with the service. Best KFC in town!
Service was impeccable from angela wright and alice feiersinger. Food was hot and ready and quick out. Never in my life have i had such good service at kfc until now. I love it. Will be comi h back, seconds on me!!! Lol
I got served raw hot rods and brought them back to the counter, and was given equally raw hot rods again. Staff were unsure the second time round despite clearly pink chicken. Did offer a swap
Some of the reviews are disgraceful and show no consideration or thought regarding the people who work in hospitality, many of which are just teenagers developing their skills in the workplace.nNow, if you expect high-end service and premium food then you should've done better in life to afford to eat at restaurants, instead of fast-food outlets.nnThis is one of the best KFCs in Townsville in terms of service and consistency.nKeep it up guys!
