Absolutely disgraceful experience eating here! We ordered a mega feast and out of the 15 chicken, we were given 8 dry, withering pieces of chicken wings where’s the variety?? 5 drumsticks that were shrivelled up and inedible, 1 thigh and 1 breast piece. They also substituted the 18 nuggets for 18 pieces of popcorn chicken without informing us! If we gotta fork out $50++ on KFC, at least ensure that the quality of the food is up to standards. The employees that put that rubbish in our order for us to consume should be ashamed. Do not recommend!
You would think that going to kfc when it opens you would get fresh chips and chicken but no they must save it from the day before. Absolutely revolting nThe chips were so cold and brown from being cooked in a dirty fryer over and over again. The chicken is so tough it could not even be chewed and all for $31 will never again eat from here
Very average. Better chicken than the Deeragun store though has more flavour and spices. Chips were cold and soggy and not enough salt. Chicken drumsticks were so tiny and mainly all wing pieces in the pack l family pack. We hardly go to KFC anymore and this is why. Value and quality have gone down hill so bad. How come they used to be so good full of flavour, hot and not greasy, and now it's like it's incredibly hard to serve hot fresh food? :I
The store was absolutely filthy when we went in for lunch. Dried food all over the floor, after sitting on the booth seat my daughters light coloured clothes were black and the bathrooms were so disgusting both toilet, floors and sink. This makes me very concerned for how sanitary the back kitchen is preparing food.
The staff here were under the pump. You can see they were scrambling to catch up.nnHad to wait about 15 minutes for my food. I did not mind at all because my order was perfect, and I can see the staff triple checked all orders to ensure they were right.nnOther people would have complained for that time ot took, but for me, I'd rather wait to get quality.nnI can be picky that they maybe could have smiled more, maybe could have made better eye contact, acknowledged all waiting customers- but for these teenagers, I'm happy that they focussed on accuracy and quality.nnThey worked well as a team, and I'm sure with a little more development, this will be the top KFC location in Townsville.
