This KFC is terrible..the food is good most if the time, service is fine not the best, but the actual shop is gross. I dont think they ever wipe anything over and the doors are still not working for over a wk now. There's crumbs and grease all over the tables..makes me want to not go back there. Disappointing
Just ordered a six Wicked Wings large combo and a large Zinger Stacker Box. It was the worst KFC the family and I have ever eaten. The Wicked Wings were over cooked but cold, the chips were overcooked, but soft and cold, the Zinger Stacker burger was overloaded with the sauces on the bottom and top of the bread roll. Basically the chicken was floating in the sauce not too mention to lettuce was old and soggy. Spent $37.90 for two meals we could not eat. Judging by previous reviews I am not alone with receiving poor quality food from this store. I should have read the reviews before buying from this store but how can a KFC store get it so wrong. In the future, we will not make the same mistake with buying from KFC Hermit Park.
The worst KFC I have ever had anywhere. No bones in any of the 4 so called pieces, dry and tasteless. Should be a score of zero not 1.nnThe large fries were ok!
Avoid at all costs. Burnt oil over cooked food and wrong order. Don’t bother. Find another KFC. Been the same for years. But tonight they outdid themselves. Who knows what the coating tastes like due yo the burned oil, skin missing and dry. Gravy wrong size, only thing edible was the 6 nuggets… $50 for dogfood. Even cats wouldn’t eat the chicken.
Dinned in the outdoor eating area and had 2 off duty staff and an on duty staff member chatting outside.nThe big red head with the mullet swearing and then lights up a cigarette.nI asked if you were allowed to smoke here , well knowing you can't only to be told by the working staff member that you can smoke in an eating area but not near the door way.nYou need to train your staff .nn3/2/26 at approx 3:15
