I ordered through uber eats. I called up to ask for fresh chips because it was quiet a drive with extra salt. The guy miss gendered me calling me a he when he told the other staff to no put chips yet because he wants fresh, everything was so old and discusting! Here is photos of the proof before you think im just a bitter reviewer i actually gave another kfc 5 star rating in kangeroo flats bendigo. Just look at my reviews on my profile. This food was cold. The burger was pver sacused even at the bottom between the paper and the bun. The lettuce was stale and discusting ! The bacon was hard like a leather sole! There was no pepsi. Ill be making sure i get a full refund! Kfc need to get better stuff before they run this into the ground!
Our food was warm at best. Bread roll ? Totally flattened and seemed to be half a roll. Young pair behind counter not terribly proffessional, were actually swearing. Not a good look for a business. Our food was not free, paid a fair bit expect much better
The kid eating chips then boxing them to serve to customers was a big put off. The others stars are for the staff who are not gross and the drive through staff for their friendly professional attitude that’s the only reason it’s not one. Also please consider hair nets around all of that food. Fire that kid and his dirty dirty fingers!!!
Thanks for the food poisoning KFC Hermit Park. I called up to make a complaint and to let them know their food had made me sick and the manager on duty couldn’t have cared any less and just told me to log a complaint online. I would seriously consider reviewing the staff you have running the franchise and perhaps reassess your protocols, cleanliness and product handling to ensure your product doesn’t come with a side of food poisoning and concerns are handled with some professionalism.
I ordered a 3 piece box and maxi nuggets on the way home from work. I received 3 pieces of the same chicken the piece with the least meat after asking for at least 1 breast piece and there was no offer of sauce and no sauce with the stale cold nuggets. I was told there were no breast pieces and I had to walk through the Drive through because they didn't take cash in store. This was at 8.30pm. For a multi million dollar food chain the service and food was pathetic. Never again.nLooking at all the reviews, KFC does really care about their customers.
