Just ordered a six Wicked Wings large combo and a large Zinger Stacker Box. It was the worst KFC the family and I have ever eaten. The Wicked Wings were over cooked but cold, the chips were overcooked, but soft and cold, the Zinger Stacker burger was overloaded with the sauces on the bottom and top of the bread roll. Basically the chicken was floating in the sauce not too mention to lettuce was old and soggy. Spent $37.90 for two meals we could not eat. Judging by previous reviews I am not alone with receiving poor quality food from this store. I should have read the reviews before buying from this store but how can a KFC store get it so wrong. In the future, we will not make the same mistake with buying from KFC Hermit Park.
Went through a drive-through and received an incredibly ordinary order, including an expired potato and gravy. Do better.
Do not believe a word KFC states in its responses which are likely automated. They ignore complaints or offer a token refund even when the entire meal is burnt, cooked in burnt oil and inedible. First photo shows the colour of the oil on a white plate and the second shows the overcooked state of the chicken with half the skin missing. Avoid Hermit Park KFC.
Absolutely pathetic service including from the so called manager. Waited 45 minutes for the meal and watched a worker maker her and a friend a meal and walked out to eat it. No explanations why it took so long and the chickens was disgusting to try and eat. Avoid this place like the plague. Needs at least one or two senior people on board to keep the young ones inline. Not customer champions at all.Lets all just stand around tapping whilst customers wait. Then serve up cold chips whilst fresh ones just got cooked.
Avoid at all costs. Burnt oil over cooked food and wrong order. Don’t bother. Find another KFC. Been the same for years. But tonight they outdid themselves. Who knows what the coating tastes like due yo the burned oil, skin missing and dry. Gravy wrong size, only thing edible was the 6 nuggets… $50 for dogfood. Even cats wouldn’t eat the chicken.
