Weak effort guys Also paid for lettuce in my burrito and it looks like you guys decided instead to just sprinkle a little on the top instead And it seems to be filled with only rice...with light scattering of mince in one corner I'm from Sydney and order gyg from a variety of places down there, regularly go to treat foodsand you guys are nowhere near the standard Response-So you don't bother to do your job properly but I'm the one who's meant to jump through hoops. I have reported the issue, you have acknowledged you've seen it and it is valid. Now it's your job to send through this info to the right ppl, if you don't have the ability to properly address it and they can contact me. Or you can continue to send robotic messages and fake sincerity with zero intention of fixing the problem ‍.... continue to do the bare minimum of your job, like the employee at your store making the food
Hey guys, I’m a big fan of GYG but last night me and my partner were incredibly sick after eating dinner here. Might come down to personal hygiene and washing hands regularly. I’ve eaten here many times and the foods usually been awesome so it’s most likely a one off-busy night but please, please be mindful of hygiene. Even in busy periods it’s so important as it has put us out for a day now and no one wants to be sick.
Best meal i’ve ever eaten! I had a bowl, queso fries, guac & corn chips. The bowl was amazing, very flavourful! Queso fries were delicious, i ordered on door dash and the fries were still fresh! Guac is always fresh and tasty! Thanks Guys! Great job
Ordered a pork burrito. Got a wrap with some rice. Do not recommend.
Asked the girl so many times to give me everything the have on my taco. She kept asking if I wanted this vege and that vege. Surely no one is as dumb as she came across. Then the 2 tacos I got were nothing but tiny. Very disappointing. Not much alcohol range.
Ordered meals they failed to print on the sticker printed we were 1 of 3 groups in the store. Waited 20 min for the meals after the staff realised. Then no cutlery for takeaway hair in 1 nachos and a poor quesadilla.
Guzman y Gomez - Townsville Central is a phenomenal dining experience, whether you get take away or eat in. To say they are the perfect Mexican restaurant is an understatement. They are THE PERFECT RESTAURANT. It is hard to describe to an unlucky individual who has yet to experience the unmatched culinary handy word that is performed daily by a GYG chef. My best attempt would most definitely fall short. Just go try it get one of the salsas that used to be at the salsa station
It's becoming more and more common that online orders for collection are incorrect, or like today, the whole order missing! Tried to have a little sneaky cheat lunch with the girls from work, and they totally missed providing my entire order. Usually it's an ingredient left off, wrong protein, a drink missing, or worse, the dreaded soggy bottom because one of their ingredients is so water logged, the cardboard containers even start to go soft. More than once I've had nachos with half a cm of clear liquid sloshing around the bottom and I'm not being over dramatic. I shouldn't have to drain my nachos! I'm breaking up with you, GYG Townsville Central.
Very disappointing that the store says it opens at 8 on a sunday even updated by the business 6 days ago but when inarrived at 8.15am they could not cook me a breakfast burrito... i would think opening at 8 means they are ready to cook by 8.
Leah made a burrito in under 15 seconds, crew is amazing, awesome service and job. Very friendly! Vouch heavily!
