Great taste, poor service. 

Asked what was in an IQ wrap, after the new girl’s fumbling explanation I still had no idea. Asked for a Chiquito IQ, in a gluten free tortilla. Half way through, the manager came over and pointed out they don’t do Chiquito wraps in gluten free and that I was being made a burrito instead (larger). Gave me the option to start fresh with a non gluten free chiquito, or continue with the burrito. It was half way done so I just said it’s fine, finish it. She then tried to charge me for a burrito ($5 extra), even though it was their mistake. I had to ask to be charged for what I had ordered. Should be basic customer service - if you mess up and make me a bigger order, don’t charge me for the mistake you made. When I unwrapped the burrito there was a massive hole in it which made it too messy to eat as contents fell out onto the floor/my lap.

Security guards are unprofessional and its feral ville to the max, couldn't recommend not going there enough.
