Welcoming and helpful staff. Scrumptious food, with big servings. Definite value for money. Steak sandwich was to die for. Also had a nice hazelnut long black. I definitely recommend this hidden treasure. Coming back next time I'm in Townsville. Good stuff The Balcony!

We had Big Breakfast, Chicken Avocado and Camembert Panini and a Steak Sandwich and it was all beautiful. Staff were friendly and place was cosy and nice. A must try for breakfast brunch or lunch.

We went with my husband to Townsville for a weekend, and we went to the Balcony on Saturday and it was so good, so, we had to back on Sunday again. Friendly service, very good eggs benedict and lovely cocktails

Came and had high tea. All the food was wonderfully presented and tasted great. A big thank you to staff and management for a lovely afternoon.

A great cafe sitting high above Flinders Street and super busy on Sunday. We enjoyed our breakfast very much and had chilli baked eggs and chorizo Benedict. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food came out fast. The chilli was really yummy!

We had a birthday high tea at the Balcony and it was exceptional. Food, tea and coffee were all delicious. What stood out the most though was the beautiful staff. Everyone that we met was so kind, helpful and cheerful. It was truly a lovely day.

Late breakfast and we went with the waitresses recommendation for eggs bene with homemade hollandaise. Delicious. And the granola with a poached pear and Mascarpone was large and equally lovely. Coffee was good and service was very pleasant and attentive.

The best breakfast and lunches in town! The fresh Homemade hollandaise sauce on the Bennys are worth the trip alone. The big breakfast is epic, the fresh juices and smoothies are to die for and coffee is made perfectly each time. Love the calamari salad and the burgers OMG. The staff overall are the most friendly people in Townsville and really set the standard in customer service.

The best brunch place in Townsville so far. Great atmosphere on the balcony, traditional looks but still trendy enough menu, absolutely loved the quality of the food. Great service from all staff members too. 5 stars
