Really disappointing experience at McDonald's drive-through. My Big Mac was missing the beef patty and special sauce, and the nuggets were completely forgotten.nI went inside to fix it, but staff were rude and unhelpful. On top of that, the toilets weren’t accessible.nMistakes happen, but poor customer service makes it worse.
I can't give 5 star because I firmly believe 5 stars are reserved for actual Gordan Ramsey type restaurants. However for a fast food Maccas, this was absolutely great. Food was excellent, I ordered at my table 107 and they delivered it straight to me. Food was fresh, staff was friendly. Bit annoying with constant fast food alarms in background but that's per normal.
I told the cashier that I wanted the big breakfast burger meal twice and she gave me the big breakfast deal, my daughter got pancakes and my son got a big Mac meal. The service was fast.nThe cuppachino was cold and the food was luke warm. Very disappointed. Will not eat here again.
They used to be good. This afternoon awful service. Came through drive through, I understood there was a 2 min wait on chicken wings. They came out and gave me the wrong order then didn’t care to prioritise my order, after waiting 10 mins and having 4 other cars come after me I had to walk in and then they packed my order which was just sitting there.nnThey even forgot the sauces.nManager needs to refresh customer service skills
I give up going to this store. I stopped going there for a month and thought I would give them another try. Well they lived up to my expectations. My 2 coffees were cold and the bacon and egg burger was dried out. When I took the bun off there looked to be fried little insects on it. Obviously they haven't even cleaned down the stove plate from the night shift and cooked the food must get cooked l in ke 4am at I got there at 6am. I won't be going back.
