I can't give 5 star because I firmly believe 5 stars are reserved for actual Gordan Ramsey type restaurants. However for a fast food Maccas, this was absolutely great. Food was excellent, I ordered at my table 107 and they delivered it straight to me. Food was fresh, staff was friendly. Bit annoying with constant fast food alarms in background but that's per normal.
They Stuffed my order Up While I was Taking my partner no work...I thought how about getting a nice breakfast from Macca's only the woman in the drive-thru couldn't understand what we were asking in our order only to have to repeat ourselves 10 times then to the disappointment we $100 note and sadly got ripped off. I understand that under pressure and busy but not good enough when you're hungry it only makes one angry.... My partner has a tummy that needs to be filled up... He's now left to be hungry
Disappointing how probably 60% of the time when I order a burger with no mustard, it comes with mustard. A small gripe that hasn’t been worth writing a review about in the past year I’ve been coming here, but tonight I heard 3 different workers address amongst themselves that this burger was to be “no mustard”, which was reassuring, but then it still came full of the stuff. To verbally acknowledge among several people the modification then to be so careless with an allergen is just a bit exhausting to deal with. This is the only location where I consistently have this problem.
I give up going to this store. I stopped going there for a month and thought I would give them another try. Well they lived up to my expectations. My 2 coffees were cold and the bacon and egg burger was dried out. When I took the bun off there looked to be fried little insects on it. Obviously they haven't even cleaned down the stove plate from the night shift and cooked the food must get cooked l in ke 4am at I got there at 6am. I won't be going back.
I went through the drive-through and ordered an iced coffee. They handed me a coffee with a broken dome lid. As soon as I took it from the McDonald’s worker the lid popped off and coffee spilled All over me and my car. It took two minutes to get their attention to get napkins and even then they refused to give me a top up or a refund. This was my morning coffee stop on weekends, but will definitely not be returning.
