I went through the drive-through and ordered an iced coffee. They handed me a coffee with a broken dome lid. As soon as I took it from the McDonald’s worker the lid popped off and coffee spilled All over me and my car. It took two minutes to get their attention to get napkins and even then they refused to give me a top up or a refund. This was my morning coffee stop on weekends, but will definitely not be returning.

Dorothy and her crew make this the best Macca's in Townsville! Drove thru staff are always super friendly and orders always come through perfect, I've had issues with wrong orders at others maccas but never the city one!!
I came to pick up an order at the drive-thru, and the staff member told me to hold instead of taking my order. Then another vehicle pulled up in a different lane, and he took their order first. When I asked him for an explanation, he told me that the other customer had come earlier but went back home to get money. Is that really the drive-thru policy?nWhen I questioned him further, he started to behave rudely. Worst service I have ever received. Drive through person doesn't understand English and doesn't serve customers according to your arrival, was given the wrong food, I hadn't paid yet, so I told them, they told me to come into the store. I didn't then had to wait for another ten minutes, before I got served.nnWhoever runs this MacDonalds has never been a customer at this store, doesn't see how poorly they operate and doesn't care to know.
