Both the onion rings and brownies delivered were burnt, making them inedible. The brownies were delivered upside down, which seemed like an attempt to cover up their poor condition.
Absolutely fabulous service. I got a replacement for a wrong pizza too!! Went ubove and beyond to make sure I was happy. Also great customer service from Declan who was understanding. Pizzas were delicious
I don't know what was going on in the store tonight but no one seemed to have a clue what to do, Seem to be very messy , and un organised ,when we finally got our pizzas 15 minutes after the pizza trackers said they were ready and we had to ask server twice until we received our correct order. Then as you can see by the photos below how burnt and disgusting our pizzas where, well have thrown most of them in the bin. saddest part was two of these pizzas we're actually Free from domino's because our last order was so poor,This is just getting worse..... Will not return to this store again
Called for a status update on a delivery after 1.5 hours, girl answered the phone yelling at me that they weren’t taking phone orders and almost hung up on me. She spoke over me constantly and kept sighing. Then became passive aggressive with me and said she would cancel my whole order and hung up on me. Not the first time I’ve experienced disgusting customer service here either
My garlic bread was burnt and flat ?? My pizza was not what I ordered. And I was promised an extra garlic bread because of the missing items on the pizza, which I did not receive. Apparently photo bellow is deep dish lol. Staff were rude. Not a good experience
