The Vale is a great place to stay. There is secure parking and the rooms are lovely and clean. The receptionist was very friendly and extremelynhelpful. The pub across the road has delicious meals. I will definitely stay at the Vale again.

10/10! Great staff and amazing service. Walking out of a different venue previously in the night stressed and hungry, The Vale staff happily seated 10 of us at very short notice with close range to the play area. The food was delicious! Hands down the best crumbed steak and mushroom gravy I’ve ever eaten. The children loved the play area, and the adults enjoyed some kid-free conversations. Thank you so much to all staff that attended to us. It was a great turn of events, kinda glad the other venue didn’t work out. Will definitely be back.

I had a very disappointing and unsafe experience at Vale Hotel during my check-in on 31st August.nnThere were no locks inside the room, which is a major security concern.nnThe first floor had no CCTV coverage, making us feel unsafe.nnAt the time of check-in, there was no one to assist us properly and no property manager available.nnThere was no drinking water in the room provided at check-in.nnThe only staff member present was Pub Manager Jessica, who clearly stated she was not responsible for accommodation matters. This left us helpless and suffering with no proper support. Then we decided to cancel the booking and immediately booked Banjo Paterson Motor Inn which is close by to Vale Hotel.nnThis was a very poor and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend Vale Hotel to anyone looking for safe and reliable accommodation.nnI have booked this hotel through Makemytrip.com but they are delaying the refund for the booking. Please avoid MakeMyTrip and also Vale Hotel. Vale hotel has initiated the refunded but Makemytrip is denying the refund.

The receptionist Taina was very helpfull, so was the cleaners and yardy.nI would definitely come here again.
