10/10! Great staff and amazing service. Walking out of a different venue previously in the night stressed and hungry, The Vale staff happily seated 10 of us at very short notice with close range to the play area. The food was delicious! Hands down the best crumbed steak and mushroom gravy I’ve ever eaten. The children loved the play area, and the adults enjoyed some kid-free conversations. Thank you so much to all staff that attended to us. It was a great turn of events, kinda glad the other venue didn’t work out. Will definitely be back.

I stayed there for one night in Feb. it was really comfy room. in a secure area with electronic gate. Staff was very helpful too. Food was great. thank you so much.

Went to lunch at the bistro. Food was beyond amazing and huge portions. Staff were attentive, polite and cheerful. Special shout out to Darsey, who made sure our dining experience was first class. I recommend the tequila lime chicken wings, and the Barra. Hubby recommends the burgers. Thankyou guys we will be back!

As a visitor from interstate I would like to say the staff and management are a credit to this place.nThe food was excellent.  From the greeting when we first arrived to the end of the night.  Booked for a meal and drinks after a wedding. The young lady who was the manager on duty was one of the happiest and friendliness staff I have come across.  A credit to any business. Highly recommend a visit anytime for great service and lovely food.
