Never had a problem with this mcdonalds always been great. But this time I ordered 3 MM mcflurrys at approx 8.45pm on the 18th Jan 2024.nnAll 3 were under half full dissapointing when you pay so much for them near $15 for these 3 icecreams.nnI'd like a refund or replacement please.
I've been put on a new health kick start and I find the almond milk coffee fits right in with itnAlso the sour dough toastiesnI've yet to explore the wraps but am still addicted to the double sausage egg muffinsnWould like to see fried onion rings as an alternative to the regular hash brown in the mealnWhich would be a splurge for me but well worth it then if only once a week cause of the additional pricing on a healthier alternative
No hello, no goodbye, just assumes I’m paying card and waves the machine in front of my windows. Where has customer service gone. I had to say hey have a good day, after no response I yelled it out the he said something 6/3/24 1.45pm
Ordered McChicken add Bacon add Cheese.nNo Bacon , No cheese on burgernnChips barely hotnnManager said can't do anything unless you drive back. I said what about a replacement code like other McDonalds and he said I can't do that and can't access the excel sheet. Said if wrote it down on paper it would get lost and I can't come back the next day anyway. Disgraceful!
Only had one person doing registers, drive thru and serving. The order was wrong and took way longer then it should have with no care from the workers
