If I could give them a ZERO rating I would they don't even deserve one star, This place is a joke they have poor customer service, they either forget something or not even give you what you ordered I walked out tonight because they didn't even bother serving me they were to busy gasbagging to each other, They clearly saw me standing at the counter but still no one bothered to come serve me so I just walked out I don't have time to wait around. I won't be going there any more.
McDonald’s Aitkenvale offers quick and consistent service with a clean dining area. The staff are friendly, and orders are usually accurate. It’s a convenient spot for a fast meal, though it can get busy during peak times.
This McDonald’s is a complete embarrassment to the brand.nEvery single time I come here, something is wrong. Burgers are thrown together like they were made blindfolded. Half the fries are missing from the box and when you say something, you get attitude like you’re the problem.nnHow hard is it to make a basic order correctly at a fast food chain that’s been doing the same thing for decades? Apparently too hard for this location. It’s beyond lazy, it’s disrespectful to paying customers.nnYou charge premium prices for what is now the most consistently disappointing experience I’ve had with any McDonald’s. It’s not a one-off mistake this store is reliably bad.nnMcDonald’s is a multi-billion dollar corporation, yet this store can’t manage a basic standard. Where’s the accountability? If corporate actually cares about their reputation, they’ll step in and clean house because this is driving people away.
Never had a problem with this mcdonalds always been great. But this time I ordered 3 MM mcflurrys at approx 8.45pm on the 18th Jan 2024.nnAll 3 were under half full dissapointing when you pay so much for them near $15 for these 3 icecreams.nnI'd like a refund or replacement please.
The only positive about this macdonalds is that they never fail to impress and amaze you at how bad service can really be. If you want to experience the best of bad service than this is the store for you. The food is rarely freshly cooked, mostly cold and dried out and never, ever can you expect to receive the entire order you paid for. And then when you make them aware of their failure to complete your order never will you receive an apology or an attempt to rectify the matter as best to your satisfaction, no of course not, how dare you expect them to take responsibility for their incompetence, even though it is their fault you the paying customer must accept that you have to pay the price and penalty for their mistake. I have eaten Macdonalds throughout Europe, Asia and Australia and I have to say the award for the worst food and service goes to the Macdonalds in Idalia.
