The filet o fish was terrible, i never have this quality before in any Mecca's. It's not fresh, feel like it's been fried many times, hard and dry texture.nNot sure is it consistently happening but I'll never go back this store again.
I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal for my child. I asked for extra pickles on the cheeseburger because that’s how they like it. We get home with the food and to my child’s utter disappointment the burger had ZERO pickles! The wrapper had a ticket saying extra pickles. This is not the first time they have forgotten things. They have left chips out of our orders twice as well so we stopped ordering second sides.
I was served completely raw chicken in a takeaway burger. When I went back to complain all I was offered was a ‘sorry’. Not good enough at all from owner or staff.

Ordered through uber eats as on holidays and staying at Caravan park. They forgot my 2 apples pies. Called them and when i said to them they should check their orders they hung up on me. I was able to get a refund through uber
