Do not eat here. I had the chilli bean dish and it was tasteless and watery. My husband had the parmigiana which was edible but barely. I returned my dish to the ordering station and explained that the dish was awful, the girl who had originally taken my order with bad skin and piercings on her face replied 'okay, that's fine', and continued her conversation with other staff members. Had a chicken parmigiana today for lunch, had been my go to spot for one when visiting Townsville and unlikely to go back. The size of the parmy has reduced, today the chicken was tough and l overcooked. The speed of service today over lunch somewhat made up for it.
Worst meal we’ve ever had during our lap of Australia. Food was inedible and service appalling. Staff appeared to not want to serve customers instead standing behind the bar gossiping. Will not be back.
Food was fantastic, but I think they mixed soda with gin instead of tonic. Otherwise full stars
Waited 1.5 hours for a pizza. Went up to ask how far away it was from being ready, they told us no more pizza bases left. Wouldn’t be a problem if I was a mind reader.
