Thanks for your stellar experience Dominos. Hair in the food, no Parmesan sauce for the pizza or meatballs. Waited an extra 15+ minutes after the meal was marked “ready” for the meatballs. All was cold. One pizza completely inedible because, who’s going to eat a pizza with hair on it? And my favourite part, was calling to speak to your manager and end up speaking to the rudest individual I’ve ever met. It’s not hard to admit fault, but to be blamed for not having the sauce? And for having a hair in my meal? No, no, no. Im not sure what your hiring process is, but if that’s the type of people you have working at the store it doesn’t surprise me why my food was less than average. We ordered one of the deals on offer and not only did they forget our drink, our garlic bread was mouldy throughout! I know who I'm blaming if I get gastro after this. Disgusting.
Be careful when you order over the counter. They had their way to overcharge you to the people who do not know their promotions and tricks. Had an argument with Indian night manager who claimed that he did what the customer wanted even though he knew the total order is cheaper than the promotion. His responsibility as a store manager is to suggest the best for customers, not finding the ways to cheat customers. He did not even say sorry even though he knew he was in the wrong. That was the last visit to this Northward Store. Never be cheated again. Good luck with your dishonest practice.
The customer service and communication at the North Ward store is absolutely non-existent. After pre-ordering my meal well in advance to ensure it would arrive on time, it still arrived 45 minutes late - no communication from the store, and no driver tracking available on the app. When my order finally arrived, the pizza was cold, the garlic bread was soggy and squashed, and the drink I ordered had been left at the store. I have tried calling the store 3 times to sort this out, only for the calls to go completely unanswered.
Ordered "double bacon" cheese burger pizza. Arrived with no bacon. Called store 5 times in a row to rectify. Did not answer
I'm so fkd off that you 1. Don't answer the phone 2. Offer doordash but don't show up. I did not eat dinner because of you. Don't give me that autoreply with a feedback link. Just do better. Oh my God. Get rid of the apps if you don't want to deliver.
gorgeous pizza. thanks mate. ordered 5 large pizzas of all different makes for lunch. full topping on each. owner/manager was cheerfull, happy, delight to serve. thank you.
Ordered on line paid... Then told via phone call no delivery driver's ???? I ordered through Menulog so where the deliverers then ?? Was told order cancelled as no drivers and money will be returned that day . Well we went without dinner and I still have not got money next day!!! The manager is an aweful person we are pensioners for ,,,,,sake. Still nothing done about this and noone cares to help resolve.
Wish I could rate them no stars. Pre ordered food this morning and delivery was still late. Called 4 times to follow up where my food was and it rang out every time. I don’t recommend this dominos to anyone. Save your money
They put beef mince on a vegan pizza. When I asked if it is vegan meat they said "no, we've been told to use real mince". Absolutely disgusting. My friend found a hair in his pizza.
