The service in the last window was absolutely shocking. No greeting what so ever, ordered 3+ drinks, she just shoved them out the window didn’t even offer a drinks tray and just shoved our order out the window. Maybe don’t work in customer service if you’re going to be that way? Yikes.nnFirst window service was perfect, the second one needs to be re-considered.
I couldn't pay for the order via the digital machine and no one came to the counter to serve me so as soon I seen one of the staff at the counter I asked for some service. This employee kept on giving me a foul look because I went to the front of the counter and when I realized that the machines weren't located at the front and apologized and then mentioned that it explains why she was looking at me funny, this employee got even more knarky and showed even more unfriendliness and disrespect. To make matters worse when I asked Courtney to speak with another employee she became angry and Sammy was nearly just as rude toward me as the first employee. Both Sammy and Courtney displayed unprofessional conduct and lack in good and appropriate customer skills. Both girls were bitchy and disrespectful toward a grown woman who is 2 weeks post op from a major operation. Hungry Jacks is right next door and their employees display much more professional conduct and are friendly to deal with. In the past, myself and other members of my family were served frozen drinks that had cleaning chemicals from the frozen drinks machine and this is now my second encounter with poor service experienced from the disrespectful employees at McDonald's near Willows.
Small flat white espresso with two shots and a toasted ham, cheese and tomato sandwich.nI can’t remember the last time I’ve had a coffee that tasted this bad. Undrinkable.nThe sandwich was burnt, luke-warm and seemed like it had been toasted, cooled, reheated, cooled and then toasted again. It was incredible in terms of awfulness.nAvoid.
I ordered a 6 piece nugget meal with aioli sauce they gave me sweet n sour sauce and I ordered a chocolate frappe and they gave me a vanilla shake which was weird cause that is no way near a frappe some of the nuggets were bad and hard to bite honestly they need to get more smarter people here .
Normally I have never had a problem at this Macca's. However it all started with the EFPos, it took about 10 minutes to make a payment. The food came out in a timely manner, but the chips were seriously over cooked very crunchy. The burger patties were also overcooked and dry. Whereas their colour was very dark indeed. If wasn't for the sauce giving it flavour. It would have been a struggle to eat and also it must been the cleaners day of, mess on the floors and tables. Disappointing as this is my go-to MacDonald's.
