I recieved an uber eats order with half my order missing, the order was for 2 people. I ordered but got no sauce with my nuggets AS USUAL, and no fries or drink. So there's my meal ruined. My partner also didnt recieve his icecream. Thanks guys  I've seen the behaviour of the team in person and I feel sorry for management having to take it on the chin for them for it not to improve. Lack of communication, lack of focus, lack of care. I'd be embarrassed if my team acted this way. Very disappointing. Sketti on toast for dinner then

Unless you order the basic cheeseburger meal with a coke, your order is guaranteed to be wrong.  A lot of the female staff are extremely rude through the drive through. If I had a dollar for every time they messed up my coffee, I’d be a millionaire.

Absolute amazing service. My friends and I came through drive thru tonight ordered a couple mcflurrys and drinks. The person on the mic and first window was an absolute legend joining in on our convo and making us laugh. Then the blast of a experience continued with the lovely person who handed us our stuff from the pickup window contining to make us laugh and have the best experience I've honestly ever had at a McDonald's. If I didn't live in Brisbane visiting my friends I'd go out of my way to come to this just to continue to have that smashing of an experience. 100000 out of 10 service/stars/the lot.

Went in as part of a Cowboys promotion and had lunch with our grandson.  Pretty standard fast food fare . Didn't take long to get served,  didn't take long to eat.

I don’t know the guys name but quote his words “ $300 worth of ear pericings “ HE WAS AMAZING. Literally made mine and my friends nights. I hope he is doing amazing and he’s great at his job!!&lt;3

If I could give it a zero I would.  The willows store is terrible.  Every time we order it is wrong.  This is what we got for two large meals tonight.  Hungry Jacks from now on.  After continuously being ripped off bye bye Maccas

Food is so good. Service is beyond amazing. Never had a bad experience here. This is my absolute favourite MacDonald to visit and I don’t find very many of those primarily because of the emphasis on speed forgoing customer service but willows absolutely crushes this. Food is so good and coffee is amazing. Thanks guys

With 24/7 access, this place is great if you are looking for a meal anytime of the day. Wait times can be a bit long and most times they do get your order right however it's recommended to check before driving off.  Staff are friendly at both drive through and ordering in. There are Carparks at the front however on Sundays it can be difficult to get a park due to people parking there for the markets.  With COVID restrictions in place, hand sanitizer is available in store and card or Maccas App payment is preferred but they still accept cash. If you are wanting great deals, use the Maccas app for ordering as they push through specials such as $1 cheeseburgers and $2 McCafe orders.  Food here is great and is generally made fresh. If there are issues with your order, let the store know and they will sort you out

Originally got the wrong order for our mcflurries and to top it off...no pickles or onions on the cheeseburgers. Big Daves  *THUMBS DOWN!*

Good indoors play area for kids, plus they have the interactive screen on the floor to keep the kids entertained while mum and dad grab a feed
