What an exceptional medical center!  The level of organization is impressive, and the reception staff exude professionalism.  Our experience with Dr. Hamed was outstanding; his intelligence and expertise were evident. We wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

I went in as a new patient. Dr Rana attended me very nicely. The reception guy in fact answered initially as a no saying doctor will not attend me on behalf of the doctor as I had cold and flu symptoms and I even advised I am Covid Negative. But the reception lady happily answered the call and advised the doctor will see me. I am glad i could see the doctor today. Sometimes we need to visit new doctors as new patients as our regular gp may be unavailable. I respect that this centre accepts new patients. Thanks Dr Rana for seeing me today.

Removed 2 stitches, they couldn't seem to find the other 8. Had something removed from my face at the cancer centre in Cranbourne and since they were closed a few days at the end of the year I went to Stirling Medical Centre to have my stitches removed. The doctor asked a male worker there to remove them for me. After I lay down on a dirty examination table he was able to see and remove two stiches. He asked me when I was going back to the cancer centre and I said I wasn’t sure, sometime early next year. He said ask them then how many stiches they put in? I went home thinking that there had to be more stiches than that and they needed to come out now. My wife and I easily found three more. After a few days we found another two and some time later another two. We removed one but couldn’t get the last one. So I needed another doctor, btw don’t call 13sick or 13Doctor same company. That’s another crazy story. Saw another doctor at Lynbrook Medical Centre who was going to cut what they could see off, leaving the rest of the stitch in my face including the knot they couldn’t find. Last second I decided, no, that doesn’t make sense. My normal GP agreed. I ended up waiting till I went to the cancer centre for them to do, since I had covid it ended up being 22 days I waited to have all of them removed. They actually found two more. So I had to take extra antibiotics and it will make the scaring even worse, not to mention the pain and stress. All up I think there were at least 10 stitches of which he found only 2. Stirling medical clinic need to look a bit closer at who they hire. Maybe he could work there but as a gardener or something that doesn’t put people under his

Dr Sonair Rana, worst doctor I’ve seen. Rude, impatient, simply doesn’t want to help.

A serious review needs to occur with Dr Rana, as others have mentioned below he seems to avoid providing insightful diagnoses and send everyone to the ED unnecessarily. Went in for a sprained shoulder and was told I had dislocated it by Dr Rana, went to the ED and the staff were shocked that I was told this. There is a reason Dr Rana’s appointments are always available AVOID

i went in this morning because i had horrible pains in the bottom left of my stomach & Dr Sonair Ali Rana felt the area and straight away said that i need to go to hospital, didn’t run any tests, no urine or bloods, so i went to the hospital which is so ridiculous as all these tests that they did at the hospital could’ve done at my local gp but he is just so extremely lazy, it’s not the first time where he has dismissed me with a poor excuse because it really seems like he simply just can’t be bothered doing his job, he also has done the same thing with my mother who suffers from crohn’s disease. I’ve been going to stirling since i was born and my parents have been there for since it opened and never have had as many problems as there is now, if you want to come in i highly recommend seeing Dr Jing Hu, she is an absolutely fantastic Dr, it’s just sad you can’t have multiple doctors like her.

I am a recently new patient to this clinic. I have found Dr. Rana to be thorough, considered and helpful, with prompt referral to a specialist when it was considered prudent.  I will continue attending this clinic, I am very happy with the care and attention provided by Dr. Rana.

I have been a patient for a number of years and have always felt well looked after by Dr Jing Hu, the reception and nursing staff. That is until I met Dr. Rana whose only MO it seems is to go to the Emergency Department, he is a disgrace. Each time I had the misfortune of having to see him he sent me to the hospital. I don’t know if he is lazy or just has no idea but I will never waste my time with him again….I will just go straight to the ED!

I have been going to this clinic for few years now. In terms of reception Alex is the best and of all the doctors I have consulted Dr Rana is by far the best! I would say he is the best I have consulted in 13 years. He really cares, he explains everything and gives you the time you need. Above all his communication is not rushed. He probes into the issue with questions and gets to the bottom of the issue. I am glad I consulted him today and I know whom to see next if I need a Doc. Thank You Doctor Rana
