Booked an appointment with dr. Israt and need to share her lack of knowledge and incompetence to take feedback or learn quickly or refer her GP material, bought OTC vitamin which I should be able to get administer anywhere without results, however, was told this vitamin is not OTC, I explained that other GP and pharmacist can’t be both wrong but she kept her ground and send me off. He needs training.
Never have I ever felt like such an inconvenience to a doctor before. Took my 9 year old son in and Dr Choudury was so rude. Barely spoke to us, had his back turned to the computer and then when my son took too long to answer a question he was really rude to him. Have been seeing him since he first started at Springhill and his bedside manner has always been questionable with adults but he has always been great with my son until today. When he gave me the script he didn’t even say goodbye and just went back to his computer. I get that he is probably run off his feet and probably exhausted but kids don’t get that. Pickup your game Dr Choudhury or don’t see children
My partner has been in multiply times for documents signed to be able to start a new job with a pre-existing injury that is being treated & each time we are told a completely different thing to why they can’t be signed & what more is needed. We then got to the 3rd app & again can’t be signed even tho we had got what the previous doctor told us to get to be signed off. This time Dr Izzy then get up off her chair & yelled at him this is horrific & unacceptable. Learn some manners, we have wasted 3 appointments now & money even tho we don’t have to pay as it’s bulk billed isn’t an excuse to waste a whole appointment that you’re still be paid for.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Lady knew I was distressed and needed an appointment asap and she had some availability but refused to let me be seen by anyone. Was extremely rude over the phone and said “try your own doctor” then proceeded to hang up on me. Worst clinic. The lady’s name was Heather.
I will not recommend "Dr kee Wong" from this facility to anyone, i was visiting him now and then for minor issues, always in a hurry and cut patients time from 10 minuts to 2 - 5 minuts, wasn't happy to answer my question regarding my injury, contacted the facility manager and explained the situation but no help, i think they getting a good bunch of money form our visit but to be honest every one deserve to be treated fairly.
Came here for a general check up of my throat as I was in a lot of pain and struggling to eat or drink anything. After getting greeted at reception which was okay service could have been better when I went into the doctors office I was in there for a total of 2 minutes, he never told me what sort of infection I had or anything he just shined a torch in my throat and gave me a prescription and asked if I needed a certificate it seemed like he didn’t even care. After this I went to the pharmacy next door and even in there the vibe was off I felt uncomfortable waiting for my prescription to be filled. I will definitely not be going here again and would not recommend this GP to anyone. I will now have to waste more time going to a different doctor to actually find out what sort of infection I have as I’m still as clueless as when I went in.
Called up to enquire for an urgent appointment, spoke to Heather, she was very abrupt and rude, actually laughed at me over the phone after i let her know that i wasn’t able to get in with my own doctor today. Makes you feel like a joke when you are in need of help. Very disappointed
Really nice place, friendly reception person, easy to book appointment, quick wait times, doctor advised me in what I needed to know.
Absolutely great service. Thank you to the front of house staff and the lovely doctors. Took the time to explain issues in detail. You guys are amazing.
Dr. Israt Khair was very rude and not concern about patient's requirement. I was very disappointed.
