Had an appointment booked in for a 4D ultrasound out of pocket cost. Arrived early. Ended up waiting 40 minutes with one ultrasound tech refusing to do our ultrasound saying “I don’t want to do the long one” pushing our file back in the line allowing 3 patients in front of us who arrived after us. Completely unprofessional on the ultrasound techs behalf. We were excited about getting this scan but we walked out due to constantly being pushed to the back of the queue.

I had a horrible experience here, I came in for a simple scan which went for over 50 mins, i was called in by 2 ultrasound techs who I thought were professional but it turned out that they were training and the supervisor only showed up after 40 mins. I’m an anxious person and having 3 people looking at my stomach made me very uncomfortable nor did I give consent for them to use me as a training opportunity. On top of all that they told me my results would only be available next year.

This place is so unprofessional. Had an ultrasound done for a lump in my thigh. The sonographer had the big TV connected to the scan machine  the whole time and it made me anxious whenever I saw something suspicious as she was moving the transducer along my thigh. I asked her whether she located the suspect lump and she told me she does not know what she is looking at. Three days later I made an appointment with my refering doctor to get the results and once I got to the clinic I was told the results are still pending. 3 days of anxiousness. I have never been to a place that takes 3+ days to send ultrasound results through. Radiologies like marina and imed are booked out for weeks. GIG gave me an appointment within a day of calling and that tells me this place is not as busy as other radiologies. Really slow service.

After all comments below i had a doubt of going in, however, i came bit earlier then appointed, had to wait maybe 10 to 15min since there were few people befor me , got x ray and ultrasound done within 15min. I was informed about the cost of services over the phone since i own student health insurance, and they have accepted phone picture of my referral  document left at home . Two ladies at the reception are really polite and pleasant. Two gents who did x ray and us were professional and patient since i am curious and always have a lot of questions especially with ultra sound. I would definitely recommend the clinic

Just a waste and rude receptionist old lady that I meant today, when for my ultrasound to see how my baby is doing as i wasn't feeling alright.  She couldn't even let me talk she kept on cutting words outta my mouth I was really looking like a complete fool today. I regret why I wasted  my time going there. I wasn't seeing by any of them. Very bad experience

very bad experience this time!!!They didn't mention anything about any fees when I booked ultrasound, and I was expecting free same as last time. But the lady at counter asked me to pay as it is mention herenot sure where as I checked with my GP later and he was surprized and she was very busy and not even ready to explain. So when you book with them ,please double check about any cost involved, if yes, check for alternatives

I received an ultrasound at GIG Cranbourne clinic for my 20 week ultrasound yesterday with practitioner Dr Melad Nan I was left devastated after this appointment with the practitioner not informing me of any information about my baby not even the heart beat. Not asking if I would like to know the gender of my child being a first time mum these are all things i was not aware of that I had to do let alone being pregnant during a global pandemic. Upon leaving the appointment I felt disappointed and when I called today to discuss this further with the area manager Renee Zach I had utter disregard of my situation and no real apology of what had taken place. I paid a lot of money for this service and have not been given the information and satisfaction that is required. Renee didn’t even offer a refund or for me to book another appointment to fix this issue and then hung up on me instead of resolving this situation. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone not just expecting mothers.

The elderly female at receptionist is so arrogant and inexperienced, she gave me appointment for ultrasound at 12pm and we arrived on time but their system was not working and she was blaming Medicare and arguing and not listening to anyone even the staff members in the clinic. I went to Medicare office twice and they checked but all was good and they said there’s no problem with Medicare card and attended the clinic three times but she was still blaming the Medicare. She has wasted our 2hrs and nothing done.  I then went to another clinic and they checked Medicare and all done without any problem with Medicare card or anything.  I suggest not to attend this clinic if you don’t want headache or waste of time and the elderly female receptionist needs to learn to listen the patient and the other staff members too.

Worst place to visit for your needs , they don’t care about your time give the appointment for 9:00 am in morning and till 9:35am not called by anyone. Went to reception and giving excuses machine getting warm up . If machine need time to warm up why booking patients to come 9:00 am and waste there time .  Stay away from this place as you can . Try to get  referrals from some better place for your c-rays and scans. They just hopeless people.

Had to have an ultrasound for my shoulder joints to check possible tendon/muscle injury. First impression from entering, to reception, to the ultrasound room and back to reception, overall was a good experience. Thank you for your patience and helpfulness.
