The doctors and staff here are so friendly. I have been coming here for the past few years and cannot thank Dr Tina enough as she is so professional, caring, kind and supportive. Dr Tina has been very helpful and supportive throughout my medical journey.nnI couldn't be happier with the level of service.
Dr. Puru is very thorough and on the ball with all medical issues. I would recommend see her. She is in demand so there can be a wait , but the wait is definitely worth it to see her. Reception staff are friendly and try their hardest to fit you in in emergencies when required.
The Reception team are friendly and inviting.nI like to see the same doctor each time I attend as they know your history and treatment plan.nI would prefer all doctors not have short term contracts.
Just as the majority of the reviewers for this clinic mention, the staff working at the reception desk are extremely rude, hostile, and arrogant. Prepare to be met with eye-rolls for apparently cutting into their personal phone time, while others seem content to continue playing on their phones for several minutes, completely ignoring the growing line of arriving patients. The lack of ability to communicate in a professional manner or with any common decency is coupled with an equally poor skillset when operating the phones. Expect a lengthy delay whenever attempting to call through to make an appointment. If you've been lucky enough to actually get through, you can expect further disappointment upon discovering there's zero chance you'll be speaking to a doctor for at least the next 72 hours. If you manage to get as far as attending the clinic, make sure you have plenty of time on your hands, because you can guarantee you'll be kept waiting upwards of 45 minutes. You'll also need to bring cash to pay for a mask. If you've got a couple of kids in tow you'll need more than some spare change. Signs claim the masks are compulsory and the receptionist who on a good day might be wearing one below her chin, other times completely mask free will tell you 'no mask - no appointment..' Take into account the volume of negative reviews - ALL with similar grievances, yet apparently still no steps taken to address this issue.. It's safe to assume that treating patients with respect, courtesy and dignity isn't a priority at this clinic. I now avoid this place. I'd advise others to do the same.
I see Dr Khalil and he has always been friendly and helpful. The staff at the front is always helpful my only thing is sometimes you can be on the phone waiting for a while but understand that it can be busy at times.
