Called and booked an appointment for a new patient and got an appointment in 10 minutes, was seen very quickly and was very happy with the process. Clinic nurse also managed to check weight, height and temp prior to session with doctor to ensure correct doses of medication are prescribed. This is the first clinic in the area that is bulk billed that I've personally had first hand great results from. Will definitely be seeing me and my whole family again, thank you.  *Also extra thank you to the receptionist to did remind me of masks in a medical clinic, over the phone.

At my job I carry around 10 masks to give out to people who need it for free and it’s not even in my job description. This place charges you $2 for one mask like they’re punishing you for forgetting your mask at least be reasonable and if you can’t afford giving out free masks charge the original price which will be around 30 cents To accompany this they have the most rudest reception staff I’ve come across, Reception refused to give me a sample jar when I show them the referral from their own doctor and made me book another appointment to get it from the doctor himself which delayed my results and made me miss my specialist appointment, receptionists don’t care about you or anything else, you’re just a number in their stats to get money from Medicare. This place have good doctors but too bad your visit will be ruined by receptionists if you had to do any interaction with them. I know they have to deal with a lot of patients and bad ones but be professional and treat everyone with dignity. An advice from someone who used to work in a public hospital reception for 7 years.

I am a new patient to this clinic and I must say all the staff, receptionist, nurses and Dr Saru has been very good and Dr Amsa is the best! They actually listen, show genuine care and I’ve had a very smooth experience with booking, results and general everything. Elaine is absolutely lovely!!! Highly recommend this place

Very nice and kind people. The doctor patiently listening to my problems. And breakdown what I should do for each symptoms. Medical certificate is also very fast received through my email since I did my consultation by phone.

Dr Amsa has been my GP for a few years now. He is very thorough and makes you feel comfortable. Good GP’s are hard to find these days. Looking for a good doctor??? He’s the guy!

If there is an option to give 0 start I would have choosen that. I dont recommend Dr Saru based on my experience. As a breastfeeding mother for 12 days old baby I explained all the symptoms i am going through with her. After listening to them she prescribed a medicine for me. when I went to Pharmacy the pharmacist asked who prescribed this medicine. Also the pharmacist told this is not supposed to be prescribed for breastfeeding mothers as it contains sterile and it's harmful for the baby.  very frustrating

Dr.charu lata I think her name told one of the patients that she wanted to open medical where only white people are in front others when arguing for $20 weekdays fees and telling them off that she has mortgage to pay and she is paying $28 to staff and pointing to the staff . I think she is Sri Lankan her self to start with and without advertising that they charge 24/7 $20 she didn’t give up and asking it’s only $20 and telling that’s the reason she dot want to open here she wanted to open her clinic where is only white people. Well good luck with that cause this is multicultural country. So racist and arrogant.  I hope the victim will complain big time on racist l. You just lucky it wasn’t me you arguing with otherwise you would have seen real brown people power.

Best doctors and receptionists . How thankful am I for this clinic! Every doctor I have seen here is caring, knowledgeable and considered in their treatments. The nurses and reception staff are consistently warm and helpful too.

Practice Admin , Practice Nurse and the doctor who saw me were all professional. Reasonable Waiting Time for the medical practice in this season. Although I had mask with me , I noticed they were charging $2 /mask which I personally found strange specially when  running medical practice.

DR. VISHNU IS NOT GOOD.he don't know the respect.im a exciting patient. he doesn't know how to speak with patience. He is talking very rude.But Dr Saru is Nice, other doctors also nice exceptions. Lack of knowledge.
