Dr. Jenny is my favourite. Very understanding and amazing doctor. Very patient and understands and able to help you in detail. She is the only person that makes me come to this clinic. I moved far but still travel to this clinic because of Dr.Jenny ready to help and go extra mile...reception side agree they take very long to get you through...even on phones put you on hold for so long and phone appointments callback is so late . If you call in morning time you will hear from doctors calling you at 3 or 4pm so I don't know whether it's the doctor or the reception.

Very poor service. Very very fussy in making appointments for the new patients. I had 3 bad experiences with them. Even though we mentioned about Negative RAT test, they want us to bring with it as a proof. Unfortunately we had thrown it in the bin, just to show them it's not worth wasting another RAT kit. So much fussy. I know its covid times, but it's not always covid that patients have to seen doctors. Very disappointed.

I couldn't speak more highly of Dr Paran.  He is very kind and caring and has helped me through many hard times in my life.  I was devastated when I had heard he had left his old clinic.  We now travel 40 minutes to see him in Cranbourne North. He gives excellent referrals and fixed my sons skin condition when other doctors couldn't.  The clinic is always clean and staff very friendly. Thank you  :-

The reception lady can not speak in polite manner if you talk her and complain about appointments she cross to you Few doctors It’s my nearest medical Center but I want to change my medical Center

Dr Paran is the best doctor I have ever been too. He diagnoses my conditions accurately every single time and I trust him with what he advises me. He is a caring doctor who always puts his patients first. The ladies there are always smiling and greeting you always. The Dorevitch pathologist lady is also great at her job and has a very pleasant manner. Lovely clinic, clean and would highly recommend Wheelers Park Medical Centre and Dr Paran and his team anytime.

The doctors here are great! But the reception is lacking. Takes so long for calls to be answered, and have no courtesy. I came here a few years ago and the reception was awesome. But now is a different story.

I would recommend this medical centre. The doctors and the service at reception is great. I went there three weeks ago on Saturday, the medical centre was full with people. I did not have any appointment. However, the receptionist was very nice and kind she accommodated me and explained me nicely about the wait time.  After that when I saw Dr. Jenny, I felt that it was really worth it to wait that long to see such a nice doctor. She listened to me very carefully and explained me everything in details.  Generally, where ever you go without an appointment people do not accommodate you but this place and people working at this place really concern about the patients. They are not there only to make the profit. On that kind of a busy day I was able to see the doctor without an appointment is something I really do appreciate. Thanks for that.

Fairly dissapointed in terms of their coordination... the staff were indeed friendly and polite... however we ended up waiting over 2 hours. There was simply no process in relation to a queue and the whole situation was insanely mismanaged.  Acknowledging it was busy... particularly it being a saturday they should be able to handle appointments clients accordingly... there was a fair bit of frustration among all the people waiting outside.

I always come to this clinic, but very disappointed with the services of a new Indian woman. She is a mis matched of this team of the medical centre. She needs to be replaced. Does not have any manners to speak. Manager also needs to have training who should they hire. Dear manager your one wrong decision will put the business at stake I think manager is also not able to make the right decisions they need to understand people avoid places because of the bad reception services.  I would not like to go back to or talk to that ill mannered lady again.

Dr Paran is very kind hearted and there’s been more than one situation he has gone out of his way to take me in with short notice. Always listen to the patient and spends time examining. Would recommend this place to anyone.
