I visited Dr. William this morning for a consultation. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. During my session, he took two phone calls, which disrupted the consultation. He then mentioned his computer had crashed and assured me he would send the prescription to my mobile later.nnBy evening, I still hadn’t received it, so I called the clinic. The receptionist informed me that the doctor would send it, but when I asked if it could be sent urgently—since the chemist might close soon—she responded that the doctor was “doing me a favour” by sending the prescription. I found this quite surprising. Providing a prescription after a paid consultation isn’t a favour—it’s a basic professional responsibility.nnI understand that technical issues can happen, but the lack of communication and dismissive attitude left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patient. I hope the clinic takes this feedback constructively and improves its approach to patient care and professionalism.

I have been visiting this medical centre from  last three years and doctors are amazing here they are always very cooperative and understanding.nSpecially this place accepts the Bupa card  payment on the spot which decreases your stress of claiming from the insurance .nRecently I had an appointment with doctor Ankush Gupta and he is a legend . I felt so much better after meeting him . His kind behaviour towards my health issues  awake me up regarding my health management.nThank you so much Doctor for all your cooperation and being concerned about my health.

This has to be one of the worst clinics I’ve visited. I had an appointment, yet I was left waiting for over 50 minutes with no updates or communication. When I politely asked the receptionist how much longer it would take, she responded rudely and said, “We don’t know how long a patient takes.” No apology, no explanation — just a dismissive attitude. However, I will say that the doctor was good polite, attentive, and professional. It’s a shame the experience was overshadowed by such poor service at the reception.

Best clinic in Melbourne , everyone is so helpful and so friendly, you will get the very best care here. Dr Singh is the best Dr I have ever had -he really cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to care for them.nThe clinic is very modern and comfortable with all the modern equipment and offers all the services you could ever need in one place.

This clinic is managed so poorly.nnNo prior notice that a COVID test was required before seeing a doctor and I was turned away upon arrival due to this unexpected policy. Clear communication before appointments would go a long way in preventing situations like this.nnThe front desk staff could benefit from customer service training, as their approach felt dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend this clinic, even in urgent situations
