Dr K. Win is absolutely good doctor, she look after me all this along until I am pregnant. She is always patience to listen what i said and provide me with great service. Thank you so much for all the staff for your care and very much appreciate it.
Whilst taking my NDIS client to the centre to get blood tests. We used my clients electric chair from Casey Grange which is across the road from the medical centre. We crossed at the lights and then could not access the main doors from the footpath as there is no ramp. We could not get around to the car park to get another ramp and had to go on the busy road to be able to gain access. Spoke with reception regarding this issue and was greeted with a “I’m not sure and oh well” same response from the pathology worker. Not acceptable in this day and age of caring for disability clients who need to access a medical centre with ease. Bad client satisfaction.
Dr Singh been my family doctor for over 11yrs. Him and his fellow doctors, Physio and rest of team is highly professional. This medical centre is one stop for all family medical needs..
Normally see Dr Kay here who’s amazing. Took my son to see Dr Singh the other week , waited well over an hour , fine , went back today to get results of test which we already know the results for and needing a referral for a surgeon , was told at the reception that Dr Singh was running behind about 40mins , ok so we went to get a drink to fill in time , came back and was told by reception there was 1 person infront of our appointment, awesome , to sit there for another 45mins watching 3 other patients go in before us , then when I questioned it I was told by reception “umm I’m not sure there was only one infront of you “. I had noticed that the 3 before him would just walk up to Dr Singhs door and go in . 1.5 hours of waste ! I understand busy but that is just rude . Now they won’t even email me results .
Take your stupid sign down. You do not have a pharmacy!!!! Pretty inconvenient getting the babies and kids out of the car when your sign is lying!!!!!!!! No help having the receptionist say “ohh no.. the sign is wrong” No… the medical centre is wrong. All wrong. Update your stuff and stop inconveniencing people!
Me and my family have been going to Evans Road Medical Centre for years. All staff, doctors and nurses are friendly! Never had a problem here and could count on them if I am needing any flu shots, quick appointments or immunisations for my little ones. Definitely recommend Evans Road Medical Centre.
Evans road medical centre is by far the best practice I’ve ever been to. I started seeing Dr Singh years ago and I followed him with my family. Dr Singh and especially his team tend to your needs and care with the professionalism and empathy. The practice has other services too which makes them one stop shop. Looks like will be always with them

Dr Singh and his team tend to your needs and care with the utmost professionalism and empathy. The practice has multiple other services to which and is a one stop shop. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Can be a little busy at times but that is life everywhere in the current environment. Their doctors work tirelessly to all hours during the week. I recommend and have also trusted the Centre's Doctors in looking after Myself and my Family since their opening.
Worse medical centre of my life. 1 hr plus is their standard waiting time even you have appointment. Standard excuse doctor running behind, doctor not feeling well. They priorities people accordingly even you have appointment and waiting from ages. Strange system needs to be reported to health department. Now they going to block me from reviewing but if they want i can prove it how many times they done it with me. Everything is in their system
