It is one of the best private hospitals in the South East suburbs of Melbourne. The facility is good with most of the admission activities performed online. The surgeon, nurse and other staff member are very good. The care provided is the best. The facility and accommodation are equally good. Important is given to hygiene. The staff is accommodating with respect to visiting hours. Medicines are provided from the pharmacy. Last but not least, it provides in-room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was great and care was taken for a food allergy.

I have had 4 procedures this year with the last one at this hospital. The facilities are amazing and the staff are so caring and truly do go above and beyond. A special shout out to Michelle and Neena on Ward 4 for taking such good care of me and my thanks to all involved in my admission and care.nnSo my inherant clumsiness has seen me return and its just as fantastic as last time. Another special shout out to Melissa in PACU and Han, Em and Nat on ward 4 for their compassion and care. Modern day Florence Nightingales ‍‍

I had surgery here for a disc replacement at the end of May 2023. I have been to many different hospitals in a handful of different countries and this place is easily the best.nnStaff were very active and attentive through the whole process and I don't have one bad thing to mention.nnAll facilities were well up to date and clean and everyone I encountered made my whole stay seamless and comfortable.nnFood was great and had a decent variety to pick from which was helpful to get through post surgery pains!nnRecommend this place!

Second time to visit SJOG in Berwick. 1st time was minor day surgery and second time major with a 4 day stay. I am so overwhelmed to have such  start of the art facility within our community.  Everyone in all departments from pre admission to discharged treated me with care and compassion.  Administration,  day ward, theatre staff, porters, nurses RN,s EN,s AIN,s and students through to physios, cleaners and all catering services was 5 star. Everyone has a smile, care about your individual needs and nothing was ever shown as an issue no matter what was happening outside your room. I would only look for specialists who perform here just to have this hospital as my one.room service was a highlight with many options to eat what you wanted and when you wanted it. So many dietary options as well. Thank you all.

SJOG Berwick is probably one of the best private hospitals in the south east to deliver a baby. My obstetrician was the highly experienced Dr Sajeewa Rathnayake Dr Saj who was caring, compassionate and made me feel safe throughout my entire pregnancy. Not only are the midwives and nurses in the maternity ward caring and kind, they are super knowledgeable and taught me everything I needed to know. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a great view and the food is great! I have heard horror stories about women being sent home a couple of hours after giving birth through the public system. At SJOG my husband and I stayed for 5 days and learned so much about taking care of a newborn. We didn't want to go home!
